They are really sweet everytime I go there, they are very gentle and make sure they look good when I leave. There is one guy that works there and he is very nice and he makes sure to go slower when he files my nails to hard

Ok I don’t get my nails done often, but I went in for a pedicure and this was the worst experience I’ve ever had. Waited about 45 minutes soaking for a tech (which was fine) because they were busy. One of the tech’s 3 kids were there and they were playing their phone as loud as possible. Blaring. Everyone (7 people) in the pedicure area were clearly annoyed. The other techs could tell everyone was annoyed, but rather than correct the issue they started blasting country karaoke on the TV. I’ve never been so overstimulated and wanted to leave.

This was the quickest pedicure I’ve ever had. Maybe 10 minutes from start to finish. So much so, that my polish has bubbles and is so rough that it’s the 2nd day and it’s already chipped. The people seem nice, but they don’t seem to manage it well. Disappointed at best.

I only get my nails done by Jessica, in the 1st chair because she can do so much with designs and I personally think she's the best there. She always makes sure everything is perfect. Others there are good too and have done my nails in the past if you just want normal work instead of lots of design's.

This was the first time I had gotten my nails done in over a decade and they new this. I feel taken advantage of. Paid 45+ tip. It felt rushed. I paid to get my nails done

They didn't clean or trim my nails, no manicure work at all. They just grinded them down on the surface. Uneven nails and I got them 3 days ago and they're already chipping. They refused to do powder polish and insisted on gels because they knew I would want to change the color, which I tried to tell them I wouldn't. They wouldn't listen to my concerns at all. Some nails weren't even painted fully. Will not be returning to this establishment. Manicurist name was randy.

DO NOT waste your time there. I should have just said take them off but after sitting there for 3 hours I was fed up. This place is not clean what so ever , even after saying this one so beyond crooked nothing was done, my eyebrows where thick and now they are skinny!! I have never been to place where I was this unhappy after I left.

coming from a nail tech student… worst experience

I asked for acrylics fill in just clear no polish. While filing and drilling to get rid of old acrylic, she burned my nail bed, clipped my cuticles back so far they bled, and cut fresh skin all around my fingernails. She continued to make mistakes after I told her she was hurting me and I yanked my hand away from her it was excruciating. I have a high pain tolerance, and this was just down right terrible and painful! Never go here

I love Top Nails!! They always do a great job on my nails and if I ask for something special they don't complain! They go above and beyond! The entire staff is friendly with a special shout out to "Michael Jackson #2" for a little extra laughs!! Check out my nails done in dipping powder!!!
