Walked in at 6pm looking for a dip nail to replace my current nails that were done horribly somewhere else. I asked the gentleman at the front if they had time since they closed at 7pm and he took me right back to his station right away. It was quiet, clean, organized with a relaxing and professional atmosphere. The gentleman Vu who had done my nails did a fantastic job, the look great. Very natural looking, shaped nicely and not too thick or too thin. I’ve had them less than 24 hours and already gotten compliments. So shiny and pretty too! Thank you Vu for a wonderful job I will most definitely be returning.
Got right in, no wait. But I absolutely hate my nails. They did not paint the sides, gaps by nail beds, uneven finish with blemishes and even a bubble that you can move around on one of my nails. Just got my nails done and they already look like they’re grown out because she left a gap up top and didn’t paint the sides.
Worst experience. I have been to many nail salons this one is the absolute worst. I wanted to take old nails off and do manicure to give my nails a break. The lady seemed very upset and took my nails off very aggressive she was burning me with the machine and rushed me to a 15 min process. She did not take time to let the old nails soak off. She seemed bothered and angry.I will never go back there they look horrible after two days
I gotten my nails done short and simple, I wanted one word on one of my nails and the man who was doing my nails already was being rude but when I asked he completely let his attitude out. I find it unprofessional and I don’t see what’s the issue if I’m paying my money ? I’m not returning and much rather never went. ????????.
Worst and fastest manicure I've ever had--15 minutes from start to finish. Terrible work. Will never go back and will tell all my friends and relatives to never go there.
I was a long time customer here and called a week in advance to get an appt. on Dec 23rd because I needed that specific day. When I got there I was told by the owner that my appt was in the book for Dec 22nd (clearly someone booked it wrong). Then he told me I would have to come back tomorrow. He did not care that I couldn't come the following day and just let me walk out. They don't have any regard for longstanding customers.
First time here with my mother-in-law for mother’s day. Helen was absolutely wonderful, we weren’t sure what we wanted and Helen suggested ombré with a clear chrome top. We absolutely love our nails and will definitely be back.
Staff is so nice, the man that did my nails was awesome and did an amazing job. Really did get exactly what I wanted with my nails and i’m so happy with how they turned out ????
