When I was sat down I showed the lady what I wanted. Nothing was ever said to me at that point that they couldn’t do the color of glitter that I was asking for. She then moved me to another chair for a young man to do my nails. After he got the acrylic on top of my nails is when he again asked me what I was wanting. I showed him thinking it wouldn’t be a problem. He proceeds to tell me at that point that he couldn’t do what I was asking for. Then he gets a glitter that is almost dried out that looks horrible. I could tell that he was in a rush to get me out of the chair to get the next person in. My money is worth just as much as the next customer. And I definitely didn’t get what I paid for.

A bit pricey, but worth it!! They got me right after being let down a week before at another place. My boy Mark got me right, my bf LOVED it. I wish I knew the girl who did my pedi. She was on point too. Definitely going back.

Came here to get my nails done for my birthday. Very disappointed. First I asked how much for full set…They never give you a price… Then asked price for ombré and was told $58. Too expensive so I requested a full set with polished tips. The tech said I can’t get that I knew that was a lie I get acrylic nails with tips all the time. He did want he wanted and I didn’t say one word because I told him what I wanted. A very messy job and I didn’t want to act out of character. My experience was awful! When a customer say what they want they are paying their hard earned money—-Don’t do what you want for them!!! I have nails that still have hard glue like substance under some of the nails. My pinky nails aren’t applied correctly (looks crooked) and the thumbs isn’t ombré …I just don’t know why we as a community support these type businesses.

No clear English and add-on things you didn’t ask for. No CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS AT ALL!! Highly HIGHLY UPSET!!

I have never had a worse SNS manicure. The tech was very nice but rushed through it and kept making mistakes and not taking the time to fix them, which resulted in my nails turning out extremely uneven and looking terrible.

They did offer to fix it but I unfortunately did not have time and, to be honest, did not trust them to fix them. They did not offer a refund or coupon or anything, which I expected but I feel a bit cheated.

The polish also started cracking about an hour after leaving (see second picture). The tech did not use a light to dry my top coat and I wonder if the cracking is because of this.

I appreciate that this place looks and feels clean. I come in for a brow wax and gel set every now and then. They get tricky with the prices every now and then. You better shop around!

The BEST customer service in town! Every nail tech did beautiful work. The owner went above and beyond with caring for her customers. Great quality and affordable! Will definitely be back!

Love them! Guys don’t be macho and not go get your feet done. There’s nothing wrong with having healthy feet. So much better for u. Great staff and and very friendly. They really spend extra time on u and don’t rush.

Newlyn my nail tech is AMAZING !! I love that she understands the style you like!! She even did my eyebrows for the first and I trusted her and she did a great job !! Most definitely recommend Tom Hill Nail and Spa very clean and nice employees!!
