I’m not one to complain, but I truly had a very bad experience today and would not want anyone to waste their money on an experience like mine. During my pedicure, the nail technician cut my toe cuticle too short and made me bleed. I’ve never had this happen before, and it was/is really painful. During my manicure with shellac, a different nail technician did the same thing- she cut my finger cuticle too short and made me bleed (see index finger in photo)! Twice? That was extremely frustrating. Additionally, my shellac doesn’t look any better than if I would have done it with my at-home gel kit. She was texting on her phone a lot during my service and my manicure with shellac took a full hour. She also paused during my hand massage and COUGHED into her hand then kept rubbing the lotion into my skin. Gross. I was the first customer to walk in at 9:40am, and I didn’t leave until 11:45am. I didn’t appreciate her lack of experience and professionalism, and it was just a terrible experience. Overall, I wasted $100 on my services, and I now have to deal with a bad paint job and bloody/sore nails. So frustrating.
They were great! I called for a same day appointment for my sister and myself. The lady that did my manicure was very friendly and had good conversation. I will be coming back.
My first time going was great, but ever since then the service has been completely rushed, my nails are never the same length and are uneven. My 4th of July nails were terrible. I asked for red, white, and blue with a design. He wasn't even going to do the design, I had to mention it again. He proceeded to put two stripes on my white nail.. Will not be back.
I love this salon. I have major foot issues due to being on my feet all day at work and being over weight. The staff here always helps with my big toes and they’re almost ingrowns. I’ve never had a bad experience and I go more often bc they really take care of me!!

I love coming here. This is probably my 7th time and I’ve never had a bad experience. The prices are affordable, and the staff are very polite and gentle on your hands and feet. I’m very particular about the shape of my nails and I usually file them back to square (very square) when I get home. Had a dip polish done today and it was awesome, shape and all!
