Schöner Aufenthalt. Lage sehr zentral in der Nähe von Soho, Chinatown und Camden. Die Sehenswürdigkeiten sind sehr gut zu Fuss erreichbar. Leider kein minibar im Zimmer gehabt. Sehr hilfsbereites Personal. Danke
Ein tolles elegantes und historisches Hotel mit guter öffentlicher Verkehrsanbindung zentralgelegen in London. Ideal um die Stadt zu erkunden. Personal Top, sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Unkomplizierter und schneller Check-In und Check-Out. Wir waren für 3 Nächte (2 Doppelzimmer mit 3 Personen) im Hotel und wurden exzellent behandelt. Gute Geräuschisolierung der Zimmer, das Zimmer-Inventar voll funktionstüchtig und die Betten nicht durchgelegen. Für uns gab es keinerlei Beschwerden oder Verbesserungswünsche. Der Service in allen Bereichen des Hotels war immer sowohl kompetent als auch äußerst freundlich und aufmerksam. Wir haben ganz exzellente Erfahrungen gemacht mit der Rezeption, dem frischen Frühstücksbuffet und dem Servicepersonal. Schöne entspannte Atmosphäre im ganzen Hotel – vielen Dank!
Wir waren 5 Tage da und es war ein sehr angenehmer schoener Aufenthalt. Frühstück klasse, Lage super, Informationen vom Personal immer korrekt und freundlich. 5 Minuten zur tube, Bus vor der Türe. Einfach alles in allem rund und wir werden es sicher in München bei unseren Freunden weiter empfehlen.

Der 1* Sterne Abzug, ist das man leider in der Bar nicht mit Geld bezahlen kann.
Wir waren auf einem Wochenendbesuch in London und wählten das Hotel aufgrund seiner Lage aus. Wir waren grundsätzlich mit dem Hotel und dem Service zufrieden.
Die Lage des Hotels ist zentral und es gibt rund um das Hotel viele Restaurants und auch einige Theater und Museen. Das Service war gut, insbesondere zu empfehlen ist das Frühstück, welches reichhaltig von allem bietet. Glutenfreies Gebäck ist kein Problem.
Mit unserem Zimmer hatten wir Pech - die Aussicht war Hinterhof, dafür war es ruhig. Die Strassenzimmer haben sicher eine bessere Aussicht, aber dafür ist der Bloomsbury Way auch stark befahren.
Wenn Sie dieses Hotel buchen - stellen sie sicher, dass sie nicht Zimmer 127 bekommen....
Zentral gelegenes Hotel, für London gute Qualität. Frühstück prima, Betten bisher best in town. Kleine Bar in der Lobby, Fahrstuhl vorhanden. Teilweise längere Wege zu den Zimmern, aber alles mit Charme, das passt also auch. Adapter mal wieder vergessen, gab es am Enpfang einfach so. Zudem Kaffeeautomat sowie USB an den Steckdosen im Zimmer. Bad mit Wanne. Daher: klare Empfehlung, kann man machen.
Die Lage des Hotels war für uns in Ordnung, großes Parkhaus war gleich um die Ecke.Es gibt sehr viele Restaurants und Cafés in der Umgebung sowie einen Supermarkt. Das Hotel an sich ist auch völlig ok. Die Zimmer waren sauber und modern. Ich sage nur, jederzeit wieder.
