What a wonderful pub! We were a family group of 11 arriving for pre booked Sunday Lunch.
The food was perfect, generous portions, beautifully presented, both hot and fresh. The staff were very welcoming, they were attentive without being intrusive. We will definitely be back. Thank you for making our get together so nice.

My partner and friend had a table booked for 5.30... arrived at 5.29 (not unreasonable)... opened the door to go in, to be greeted with "we're not open yet, wait outside"... when the door was opened at 5.30, there was no "thank you for waiting" or "please come in" they just opened the door and walked away... First impressions mean so much... no complaints about the food... nothing spectacular but ok... unfortunately it sounded like Gordon Ramsey was in the kitchen for all the bad language that could be heard.. unfortunately won't be going again
Had a lovely meal here today, we took my elderly parents and the staff were so accomadating and kind. We will definitely be back next time we are visiting.
