Worst barber shop around hands down. Get there before they even open they don't show up until an hour after opening then pull up with 5 dudes and cut their hair 1st? Why because they're friends? Naw won't get my business anymore and I'll tell everyone to avoid this place.
They did a good job with my husband haircut.
Owner is the best barber around, And his humbleness is one of a kind.
Every time we've been they do a great job. My son won't let anyone else touch his hair anymore. Only downside is they stay busy, so go early.
I love coming to royal clients barbershop to get my fingernails and eyelashes done. The prices are very reasonable and They do a fantastic job and the atmosphere is very pleasant. It’s a multi cultural shop where everyone can get services rendered. The people are very nice and most importantly they Smile and ask how May they help me? I would recommend this as the #1 barber & nail shop in the beautiful city of Lake Wales! Go Royal Client’s Barbershop, oh I forgot to say, I stepped in the shop and the whole front was brand spank new! From the barber chairs to the lobby benches. Wow! I was very impressed. Talking about class they most definitely have it!!!
We just moved to Lake Wales from South Florida and this place was super on point! We had a little wait but sometimes thats needed for great services and for being one of the only places open on a Sunday. And it was well worth it! The guys were amazing, we brought in our 5 years old for a hair cut and the Barber automatically put on a kids movie for him, which i thought was so nice. The Barber, Julian, had a smooth hand and gave our son the best hair cut he has ever had! Definitely will be back in the future and Definitely recommend this Barber Shop to others. Thanks guys!
This is my second time taking my kids to this shop and each time they sit there for a little over 3 hours because the barbers pick and choose who hair they want to cut instead of going in order from the person who arrived first. This is by far the worst barber shop I ever took my children to and the very last time. I hope they become more organized or a least explain to the clients who are waiting that they have clients coming in with appointments and they will work you in.
I think it is very rude of them to have clients sitting in the chair for hours while other clients walk in, sit down for less than 5 minutes then get called to get their haircut. Do you know how many times my son had to go sit back down because the barbers kept telling him it’s not your turn even though he was there first.
That’s why I love Ruben barbershop (FADED FRESH) because everyone is treated equally you walk in sign your name on the clipboard and they call you in the order you walk in. I really hate they were busy today but the next time I don’t care how busy faded fresh is I will never come back to this shop ever again they are not worth the money anyway.
Worst experience ever. Constantly overbooked. Will give there word if you come in at a certain time they will service you to only make you wait over two hours to attend to friends. Worst customer service and rude. Don’t go here!!!!
