Beautiful rooms. I had the most fabulous stay here. Rooms were very comfortable and decorated lavishly with chandeliers and we had a whirlpool path in our fabulous bathroom! Staff were lovely too with some good recommendations to visit places in the town. Only slight issue is our room didn't have toiletries in when we arrived but when we queried if got sorted quite quickly after.

A really lovely overnight stay. Friendly and helpful staff and top quality homemade food. You don't need to go out to eat. The room was spacious, but a little dark and the bathroom was beautiful.. A very enjoyable stay I would highly recommend

We enjoyed a fabulous New Years Eve party to see in 2023. The first one in 3 years and probably our best ever. Delicious food, great entertainment and dancing. Service great too. My perfect night. Thank you The Lilly. Do hope you repeat next year.

Food here is brilliant. Nice to find somewhere with great veggie options. Will definitely come again. Staff were really welcoming and friendly.

Great location and staff, The room was well equipped with great views we had the breakfast which was very nice. Some of the decor looked a bit tired apart from this it was a very nice.

When we arrived from the start the servive was awful. Whilst waiting along time to be checked in we used the toilets, they were dirty and had not been cleaned. The waiting area had left the computer unlocked with guests details available to see. The room was meant to have a Seaview the only view was that of the busstop. With no privacy for passerbys. The manager was rude and condescending. Made us feel unwelcome, only spoke to us with arms crossed. Whilst waiting for the room you could hear swearing from the kitchen. After asking for an alternative room or refund this was refused out of hand. Without trying to resolve the situation. Which resulted in turning back home from a hotel for the first time ever.

Stayed here overnight for a wedding ,had a lovely meal when we arrived very nice room, great breakfast in the morning aswell. Lovely people too very friendly and helpful, will definitely come back ,thankyou for everything

Lovely spot. Warm fire and windows onto West Shore. Polite and friendly service. Nice choice of beers.
