Buy drinks in multiples to save good idea, No sound on the sport though is disappointing depending on what your forced to listen to; in my case two loud old codgers boring stories repeated as they do....& Probably every week....
Well this was a surprise. Didn't expect too much but the staff were really friendly and had some great music playing. Cocktails £4.00!! What I liked was it had a real nice pub atmosphere. I've heard they do some good pub grub, haven't tried it yet so I will be going back.
Go in all the time. New management team in this time and what used to be the cheapest drinks around is now extortionate. Then they gave me the wrong change went back and still gave me the wrong change. Used to be my favourite pub can’t say I would be coming back again
Pleasant enough during the day, but always had a reputation for trouble on a Friday/Saturday nights.
Very disappointing.
It looked very inviting, so 3 of us decided to go in for a drink on Sat 28th May 22 evening.
We saw that there was a great variety of drinks and we waited at the bar to be served.
However, the bar staff decided they didn't want to serve us and started to serve someone who had come to the bar after us.
So we left.
Shame.
Great boozer Great prices! Sadly don't seem to be able to get a manager that stays for long

I've never been in before but, I loved it its like the pubs of old. Great atmosphere yes there are tv's on with sport on with the sound off and music on in the back ground, so you don't have to listen to other people's conversations. The breakfasts are very nice, you don't mind the wait, knowing that is cooked fresh and not kept under heat lamps to go hard and crispy. Lovely bar person greets with a hello what can I get you, and a smile. I will be going again with my friends. Thank you for a great experience
