Lovely place. Great people and good beer. We were treated so nicely and looking forward to come back.

A local pub for local people. Reasonable prices, well kept pints but the punters can be a bit larry. Couple times walked past and it was a bit fighty outside. When inside the same, but more tame in all fareness. Good amount of space for a DJ on the weekends but more of a venue that relies on it's regulars than new traffic.

Proper locals boozer, have used it a few times and it's always been ok. Will show the footie if you ask, assuming not already on and seem to organise events etc pretty regularly, hosts private parties etc too. I like it.

Albe the manageress and her staff were fantastic. My wife had her 40th birthday there. We had about 60 people, and the staff made us feel really welcome and couldn't do enough for us. Great atmosphere. The DJ was fantastic, playing all the right stuff and even went out his way to get my wife and I's wedding song. Food was great, prices for drink was reasonable. Would absolutely use again and definitely recommend for functions. Gonna be my new local for a drink now. Well done Albe. 5 ????

I've been drinking in the farmers for 2 years since I moved down here never had a problem with anyone. The staff are very friendly and always make you feel welcome along with the customers.

I have read some of the other reviews and I must say £2 for a game of pool? I have never paid that in there so I don't know where that comes from. On occasion you will get a few free games but it's not all the time which is understandable. I pay £1 for a game and so does everyone else.

More importantly the beer is great.

I have been going to this pub for a while and the last 8 months have been the best I have ever seen it. Yes! it has had it`s problems in the past, but all that seems to have been addressed . I have watched the rugby with my mates, I have had a beer with my Dad and I have played pool and darts with my kids and in all that time I have never had a problem.

Nile and his partner are doing a great job. Very welcoming and a lovely atmosphere ,even my Dad said so!!
