Lovely friendly welcome, lots to offer every visitor. We popped by for lunch. There was a condensed menu but plenty of range, enough to suit everyone. Food was plentiful, great value for money and delicious.
Drinks on offer were wide and our options tasted perfect.
We didn't venture outside but from the view the garden looked spot on for a sunny afternoon.
Thoroughly enjoyed the food at The Elleray. Service was great and the owner was very smiley, checking in on us while eating. We ordered the Elleray burger and Hunters chicken 'specials' burger - they were delicious!! We took our dog so were worried where we would sit but we got a quiet table near the window straight away. Highly recommended

Just back from a 2 night stay at the Elleray Caroline Tom and Kerri where so welcoming can't recommend this hotel and bar enough the food was really good and the breakfast was amazing. The room was really nice spotlessly clean very warm and welcoming even fresh flowers in the room.

Windermere is full of cafes and almost devoid of decent pubs. Glad to have found this one eventually. Didn't try the food but the atmosphere is great, the staff is friendly and you get a decent pint. Worth it!
Good selection of drinks. Food is OK. Staff were polite, helpful and friendly. Several different rooms. TV's in pub. Good for families, Uncle Tom Cobleigh and all. Would recommend.
