Geschmacklich sehr angenehm- sehr ordentliches Pub Essen!
Wir kommen gerne wieder
Sehr schöner, verträumter Ort in idyllischer Lage! Hier kann man sich richtig gut erhoken und klassisch speisen
Had my birthday meal with 11 family members.. the pub was lovely and cosy, the staff warm and welcoming and all of our food was delicious! Plenty of options on the menu and very reasonably priced. We were all happy and said how we will definitely be visiting again.
Overall it's a decent pub with decent food ???? I'll certainly go back.for a round 2 ???? I posted a few photos and I also posted the menu for you to see
Lovely little pub nestled away in the Kent countryside. Spoiler alert - the steak and kidney pie is the BEST I HAVE EVER EATEN! Except mum's, of course. It was packed with delicious meat, just the right amount of juice, and the pastry was to die for! It came with a selection of veggies, also delicious, and I washed it down with a lovely pint. Very friendly staff, and extremely reasonably priced! Thank you for a wonderful experience.
Dirty table on arrival , sticky all over asked for it to be cleaned which they did promptly. Part of a big group, pre-ordered food everyone got what they ordered. Big portions , lots of peas. Food was quite nice , some bits very oily. Overall not bad better than Toby type pubs
Lovely pub and great food. Steak and mushroom pie with fresh veg...yummy????. Hadn't been for a while but it's always very good. Thanks Tony ????
NOT DOG FRIENDLY. I arranged to meet friends for Sunday lunch but was turned away because I had my Labrador with me. They told me they do not allow dogs ON SUNDAYS and the guy was pretty rude about it. Their website says they are dog friendly and even details the rules for dining with dogs. They are also recommended as dog friendly on a number of third-party sites. Many people have seen dogs in the pub. Seems this is a new rule or perhaps an arbitrary one that they only enforce when they feel like it. Who knows - who cares. They ruined my Sunday and seemed to enjoy doing so ???? ???? ????

Quick Facts About The Brown Trout

The Brown Trout place has several strengths based on the comments provided. Firstly, many customers mention the friendly and welcoming atmosphere of the pub. This creates a positive and inviting environment for guests to enjoy their meals and drinks. Additionally, the staff is praised for their warmth and hospitality, providing good customer service.

However, it should address weaknesses in terms of cleanliness and consistency in enforcing rules regarding dogs to improve the overall customer experience.
