I booked to stay here in August for 1 night with my wife , the rooms are a little tired and could do with updating , however the room was clean and beds were comfy , the staff were extremely helpful , pleasant and couldn’t do enough for their guests , I’d recommend to stay at the brewhouse in Bolton.
This is a great place to go for a drink or a meal. Our pets are welcomed here and frequently receive a lot of attention which they enjoy.
Was a great place until they messed with the interior, it used to be a busy, buzzing place with center consoles where you could stand or sit and chat plus squashy leather sofa's. Now they've taken away the center consoles so it's empty as well as replaceing the leather sofa's with dining tables and fenced it all off with railings. The few times I've been in since the changes its been virtually empty and completely lacks atmosphere. Sorry I can't comment on the food as I've not been inclined to eat in such a quiet, soulless place

The open fire was lit, making it feel so homely. Staff were very welcoming and food delicious ????
Lovely food, very reasonably priced. Relaxed and friendly atmosphere but no disabled loo.
Good service and food. I ordered the fish and chips, in hindsight I should of gone for the small portion as the large was to big especially the chips but it was tasty. The staff were available to tend to our party and provided drinks quickly. Overall a good pub for a weekend meal.
Classy pub-diner fairly close to Bolton centre. Very nice inside with quality furniture and various seating areas. I didn`t try the food but the Titanic Iceberg was very nice, and reasonably priced.
Very friendly and helpful landlord, the food was amazing and a reasonable price. The rooms were spacious and comfortable but a little noisy being situated on a main road
