It's cheap & relatively nice. I did go in the afternoon, though. It does seem buzzing at night when I pass, so it is certainly a place to visit.
Awesome place and staff even got rid of the local prize plumb, made to feel welcome Friday and Saturday night which can be hard with a group of lads. Sure we drank every cocktail and fishbowl availible tho, brilliant sheltered beer garden with heating and TV. Great atmosphere all night! Thanks for a great night
We went here yesterday (sat 12th Nov) we were quite sceptical as we'd been told it was an "interesting"pub to visit.
We were there just before 12(midday) as we wanted to watch the football and were told about all the screens ????
We got chatting to two really great guys clearly setting up for some sort of entertainment later that evening, one overwhelmed at my daughters love of football and the ability to go to the bar ???? the other equally amused at his dislike of football and his love of music.
These guys told us of a charity evening that was on later in the day,.
We returned to the bar later to see these guys Were the entertainment ???? TIMELESS they were fabulous, great singers and entertainers. We even got a wave when we entered a packed bar ????
The beer is super cheap. Great atmosphere, great music. What more can you ask for ????

Haven't been in for a while popped in their Friday night and was a really good energy. Door staff and bar staff are a amazing
Went down t' fookin pub on thursdee night with the blokes, we beat our missus' we did fookin right ad' em back of ead' Went down this proper fookin place 10/10 i'd say, staff were women but not my type ya get me so i ordered me self a pack a stella as shown by me mate in the pictures, ad' right proper, brew loved it all
Fab night last night. Very good Elvis tribute act...ETA...
Staff as always are lovely and fun.
If your ever about pop in, entertainment will not disappoint.
