Really lovely pub with fantastic views, well worth a visit. Very nice little outdoor area with pretty flowers, everything was clean an well presented. We turned up almost 40 mins after they finished cooking, and while the really friendly bar staff were helpfully recommending other places we could eat, the manageress came over and said the chef was happy to make us some food! That's truly above and beyond! Everything was perfectly cooked and presented, he didn't rush or throw it out. We would very happily eat there again if in the area and very much appreciate the excellent service. Highly recommend!

The food was absolutely delicious and very well priced. The views are just stunning from car park and outdoor area. Would definitely recommend a visit, we will certainly be going back.

We walked to the Blue Lion from Gwaenysgor for lunch on Saturday. What a perfect day, fabulous scenery on the walk. Upon arrival we had wonderful greeting and chat with the manager.

After studying the menu we settled on a pie of the day and the ‘sizzling’ vegetable fajitas and we thoroughly enjoyed both.

We are both looking forward to going back again for what could be our regular lunch walk.

This place is incredible and feels like good honest pub food. The pork belly was really tender and flavourful and my friend enjoyed the vegetable soup. Portion size was a bit more than expected which is a bonus.

The burgers were thiccc and juicy (yes, 3 c's are necessary). Chips were very crispy. The wings had a very nice coating and a flavoursome sauce.

Servers were very friendly and outdoor seating is very nice as the view is lovely. I will definitely come here again.

First time visiting here and it was great! The staff were friendly, the food was lovely and the pub had a great atmosphere. 10/10 would definitely recommend! ????

Absolutely stunning starter and mains. No room for dessert but saw the portion size ! Lovely staff and fantastic atmosphere.

Visited again for valentines day and oh my word it was amazing!

Went to see what the new owners had done to the place and the food.

They're still dog friendly which is great.

The food is lovely, better than your normal pub food.

The home chips, nachos and cheesecakes are gorgeous you got to try them!
