A lovely café in a side street of Waterloo.

Excellent food with large portions for a great price. Very friendly staff, especially the owner :D They also have quite a big menu.

We had the chicken curry, chilly con carne (caution: quite spicy) and the best onion rings of our holiday.

Definitely worth a visit!

Ein tolles Café in einer Seitenstraße von Waterloo. Exzellentes Essen mit üppigen Portionen zum großartigen Preis. Sehr freundliches Personal, vor allem der Chef :D

Sie haben auch eine große Auswahl.

Wir hatten das Hähnchen Curry, Chilly con Carne (Achtung: ziemlich scharf) und die besten Onion Rings unseres Urlaubs.

Definitiv einen Besuch wert!

Das Essen ist lecker. Die Preise sind Top. Mega große Portionen. Das Personal und der Chef sind mega freundlich. Schade das wir es erst jetzt entdeckt haben. Ist unser letzter Tag heute. Es liegt in einer kleinen Seitenstraße. Wir können es nur wärmstens Empfehlen. Ein Besuch lohnt sich auf jeden Fall.

MAGNIFICENT BREAKFAST

I can't believe this but its literally a hidden gem in the middle of Southwark.

The Cafe looks really traditional and oh my when it came to receiving your food, it was splendid.

The portions were big (literally massive) and can really last you for a full day if you're planning on going to museums all day (like i did)

Everything on the dish just tastes so good for some reason, perfectly crisp.

Also theres a lot of everything so its very filling and enjoyable.

The prices are really affordable and its really worth the price.

The cafe itself is also really clean cuz I saw the waitress using disinfectants to clean the table after someone had used it.

Nice place with lovely food, staff are really nice and helpful. I ordered the set 1 with no sausage and bacon instead. I think and it was amazing. Only downside is that it’s cash only but other than that, really great!

Large portion with fast and friendly service. They will sometimes overcooked your omelets but if you give them a reminder that you don't want it overcooked it will come out perfectly. The prices here are very reasonable and you get good amount of food every time, all though the prices has gone up recently. This place can get very busy that at times, you can give them a call to put in order for takeaway to save you time for waiting, a classic working man's cafe.

This restaurant is so ethical‚ I'd give it 6 stars if I could! Not only is the food beyond outstanding‚ the prices are also affordable & the staff are so easy to get on with! The service is also shockingly quick‚ even when this cafe is packed full with customers‚ they deliver you your food in under 15 minutes & it tastes great every single time. If you do visit this cafe (which I think is necessary) I recommend ordering the £5 chicken kebab wrap‚ as it tastes beyond delicious.

Perfect workers cafe tucked behind Southwark Station. I couldn't believe the amount of food for the money. Staff were friendly and service was great. Will definitely be going again. Cash only at time of visit
