The staff is extremely ghetto. They had Latin music blaring from the speakers and they were dancing. I’ve never seen that before in a nail shop. The man that did my nails was rough. He couldn’t do any type of nail art or designs although he attempted. The staff left without cleaning their areas. Water bottles everywhere, trash overflowing, and areas were not wiped down. I wanted to leave but I was more than half way through getting my nails done when the shenanigans had started. Anyway, while doing my nail the guy messed up and wiped the white polish off and attempted to go over my nail with clear polish. I had to tell him he needed to fix that. SMH. I left with plain nails. My experience was horrible. I will never visit that place chain. $115 for my gel nails and a pedicure that looks just like my nails minus the white. Never again. Then had the nerve to ask TWICE if I wanted to leave a tip. Lol. Wow!
They were super nice accommodating, I made same day appointment and I got a full set, eyebrows and pedicure. As well as variety of gel colors. When it came to payment, I forgot my bank card but they accepted cash app and zelle. Perfect nails and very happy customer.

Their hospitality was good, however their service is not so great. I was not pleased with the way my pedicure was done. The older lady was very rough when cleaning my toes. she cut me horribly, I had to ask her to stop. My toes were in pain for 2 days after that. I also got a refill. The guy who prepped them did an OK job. one of my nails broke so he added a new tip. When laying the acrylic he left a big lump. I thought he would file it down, however, he did not file enough, the lump is still there. 4 days later, my thump nail broke. I usually get my refills done within 3 to 4 weeks... now I have to go somewhere else before hand and get them done all over again because they currently look like I've had them for 4 weeks & it literally has not even been a week.
I wanted to go back and let the Spanish girls do my nails, however the experience was so bad the first time, I don't want to go back.
Eyelash install is $45-100.00, I think my eyelashes looked nice when I left I was pleased. However 2 days later the eyelashes fell off, I wear lashes regularly I’m familiar with how to care for them. I wouldn’t get my lashes done here again. If you want to not waste your money, find someplace else to get them done. When I expressed how I felt about the eyelashes I was told she’s out of town for the next month and no one here can fix them. I just knew that was a lie. Again DONT GET LASHES DONE HERE.
The first time I went, my nails were phenomenal. I don’t know her name, but the girl who sits in the front does amazing job with the paint. However, the past two times I’ve went for refills have not been ok. The 2nd time, the guy did an okay job, he was nice but it wasn’t great. I was charged $35 for my refill. The 3rd time, I was charged $40 for my refill, the man in the front, has a terrible attitude. He rushes you and my nails came out horrible. They were not what I asked for in the least but his attitude is so hostile it makes you uncomfortable to even say anything. I went home and had to buy gel nail polish to paint over what he did.
It was my frist time there and Melly did my nail. She was very friendly and understood how I like my nail. I will be going back.
The old lady is absolutely horrible she didn’t even do the proper services! She didn’t sanitize any of her tools! Not even the chair, I had to ask her for that! She only took 15 min for my toes and didn’t even give them a proper massage, she didn’t even get the dead skin off my toes. She took the purple sponge and barely went over them.
She didn’t even file down my toe nails right and when I went to do it myself she snatched the clean file to give me a old dirty file. Then she couldn’t even do the overlay that I needed on my toes and left me waiting for 45 min for some one esle to come and fill them in. Then Tim could barely even get the job completed, to refill My big toe he had me come to his nail table, he constantly kept burning me with t nail drill. He forcefully ripped The old nail acrylic off my toe because he was upset that it was taking to long, he kept breathing hard as if this was too much work for him. this was a horrible and ghetto I will never be returning here again
