First experience here. Nail tech cut my skin while attempting to trim cuticle. She was apologetic. However unfortunately the gel polish barely lasted 1 week before it started to peel off my nails. Certainly not worth $40. Based on my personal experience, I would not recommend this location.

I have read the reviews online and they mostly said to choose Vicky. She was so sweet and did an amazing job on my nails. Thank you so much Vickie I will be returning!

Went in for a signature pedicure with my mom , she got the same pedicure. Mine lasted less than 20 minutes, the guy was very rushed about each part. On the sugar scrub and massage part it was so rough that it hurt enough to make me cringe, I know it suppose to hurt some but not like that, and it was not my first sugar scrub, so I am aware of the process. Also the callous removal was skipped over without asking if I wanted it. The polish was sloppy with color and clear polish all over my skin around my toe nails. My mom received an hour of a slow and nice pedicure. She even offered her a drink and asked if the temperature of water was good, while I didn’t get asked anything, and when my mother asked about the callous removal he brushed it off and said I didn’t need it and that it would scar. I went in specifically to get my callouses removed and I have had plenty pedicures and know it doesn’t scar when the foot is soaked. The manager apologized and said yes that has happened before and didn’t offer any reimbursement or money off until asked. She ended up having me pay for the basic spa pedicure even though it still included things I didn’t receive. ☹️

The pedicure was find and the polish has lasted almost a month. Know on to the manicure I wanted acrylic nails while she was putting the on she broke one and instead of just replacing it she super glued it back together which was crooked. She never could get it shaped straight and them she put the nail polish on and I asked for hearts has a design(little) she could not even draw a heart. I finally told her just to take the hearts off so she just painted over them which you could see through the nail polish. I told her that would not work she would have to take all of the nail polish on that finger off and start over, which she did but had an attitude. The

nails started coming off within the week. I give them zero stars if I could

The guy with tattoos and orange hair was awful. After an hour of him messing up my nails and him having to take it off and not wanting to start again I left completely dissatisfied. He did nothing to try to make it right. I've been before and had Ms Vicky . She was wonderful. If you chose to go there, I suggest you ONLY ask for her.

Went in for a acrylic nails with a tip they did the wrong color and the guy had a attitude about it.he also made my fingers (2) of them bleed.

First time at this location. The ladies were very nice and accommodating. I had the nail dip service done, very pretty! I will check back in two weeks to leave another review on how they are holding up.

I have had a problem with biting my nails ever since I was really small… One thing that helps keep me from doing that is getting a standard manicure every once in a while, so that's what I decided to do. My nails are extremely short and not pretty at all, but I've never really been ashamed of them. Usually I sit down and just laugh with whoever is doing my nails and apologize for how tiny they are. The person that was doing my nails at the salon not only made fun of them, but also showed them to her coworkers laughing and then proceeded to show them to the customers that were sitting on either side of me and laughing. It was obvious that it made the other customers uncomfortable also. I was not happy about it at all. One thing I cannot stand is when a business doesn't know how to properly treat a paying customer. So if you feel like blatantly getting made fun of, this is where you should go. Also, on top of the lack of courtesy, my manicure looks like crap. I understand that my nails might be harder to do than others, but I have had nice manicures before, but this is one of the worst. It was obvious that the lady thought my manicure didn't really matter since my hands aren't exactly "pretty" in the first place.
