This was my first time coming to t nails and I promise you it will not be my last time it was absolutely wonderful experience my nails look beautiful everyone in there is so friendly and they keep something going amongst them all the time it’s just great

I walked in at 12:25 and waited until 1:00 for someone to talk to me and tell me to sit somewhere. I sat in the chair for an additional 15 mins before a woman came out on her phone to do my nails. She proceeded to stay on facetime the whole time i got my nails done. I asked for a french tip on top of my acrylic nails and she ignored the fact that i said to clean them up. They look like trash!!! Not straight lines and white polish is smeared all over my nail. Not even a french tip at this point. Money hungry people who don’t care about your nails! All they want is your money!

I am shocked that this woman is on here complaining about the water being cold and the manager being rude. I was sitting right next to her mother and (I assume) sister while they were getting their pedicures. The mother and sister both were getting gel and the mom was getting extra treatment with hot stones so it was taking a while. She was next behind her mom/sister Staff was telling new walk-ins that they were extremely busy and it would be a wait. They were working as fast as they could. She soaked her feet like 15 minutes then said she didn’t want it done. The lady asked her to move to another area so they could put someone new in the chair and she started yelling at the lady about her wait, etc. I heard them ask her twice if her water was ok before she got up The mom and sister got up, the mom didn’t want to pay because her toes weren’t polished. The manager told them they had to pay for what they had already received. The sister was apparently mortified because she was crying at this point. She continued her tirade out the door. I’ve been coming here since they opened and have never encountered anyone like this woman. I have always been extremely pleased. It’s not fair to a business for someone to treat staff like she did and then play the victim. Google needs to take down her petty review.
