Customer support is terrible. The cost is too expensive. When you get a pedicure, they utilize the same tools they used on a previous customer, not brand-new equipment. Very filthy flooring are visible. Also, it is so chilly that it hardly even seems like the heat is on. When I inquired about if an individual employee was working today, the owner responded that they are no longer employed by the company. In a brutally combative manner. Also, I witnessed customers waiting to be served as numerous staff were in the back eating instead of providing customer care. When I first came here at the beginning of February, I believed I had discovered a new shop nail, but as of today, my opinions have changed.Just about everything changed In general, both the cleanliness and the level of customer service were lacking.

My pedicure polish started peeling off after 4 days… I literally have never gotten shellac on my toes and they last at least 2 weeks usually. It was my first time here. Nails were mediocre at best. Sloppy job

My daughter Mia and I have been going here since 2016. Binh, Michele & staff are amazing I wouldn't go anywhere else. They are like family.

I loved it there, I got my nails done in excellent color. The people who worked there were extremely nice and professional. I would recommend going to T&H nails on a daily, the atmosphere was incredible it made me feel comfortable. Their work is fantastic with every service they performed.
