Staff was friendly right when you came in. I have gotten my nails done 2 times they were not the greatest but I made do and tried to find a different salon that was better.
I got A&C with tips matte black coffin nails. They just look so bad. I asked friends that get their nails done regularly if they have had this done to them and nothing similar. It looks like a fingerprint was put on each nail. They did tell me my finger nails was crooked, which I knew but other places had just made it straight. Didn’t think it would be much of a problem till I saw the end product. Also to mention my thumbs were square. I do not like to complain but this is just kind of disappointing. I didn’t know what to say so I paid roped and left. Getting them fixed would cost 30$ and I already paid 45$ ????
I’ve had gel manicure and pedicure at other places however I was referred here by a friend because the place I was going to wasn’t keeping their standards of cleanliness up. Facility was immaculately clean. The staff was friendly. However I’m only giving it two stars because within eight days my gel manicure was coming off. My gel pedicure which usually last me three weeks sometimes longer was chipping off in 10 days. When I called to see if they could fix the nails that were chipped I was told that the gel manicure only last one week. So they would not fix it. I would have to pay to have a whole new manicure.
I am undecided if I will return. Definitely would not get the gel.
I have gone here a few times before and have had a wonderful experience. This time they completely blew it out of the water! I asked for spooky nails for my upcoming trip to Salem and they definitely delivered! They were busy, which is expected on a Saturday, and I didn't make an appointment. They still fit me in and didn't rush my nails or the art. I'm absolutely in love ????
I do wanna say that I have a bad habit of picking at my cuticles when they get dry, so the bleeding was from me doing that a few days ago and not them ????
Customer service was good, however my nails looked worse coming out then when I went in. I went for an acrylic fill and wanted the chrome polish . It took her an extra hour to get the chrome polish right. My nails are not even the same shape that they were when I went it. I paid an extra $20 for the chrome polish and it was not worth it.
Man was l little rough did a decent job after leaving and inspecting one nail was bad. I had to ask for lotion and had massage. It was not the best experience
Every time I go, I'm always satisfied, it felt so good to get my feet and hands done, especially my feet, I get my hands done more then my feet, So when they do my feet I'm in heaven, it feels so good the water jets hitting your feet and they massage your feet before they paint or have whatever you want done, they always make you feel comfortable and welcomed, I will keep on going back and definitely recommend to family, friends and even associates.
