I have finally found my salon!!!

I live in the area and I have been searching for a good salon for years. Usually places will rush to finish the job, make me wait, or treat me unprofessionally. I can't tell you how many times other salons have forgotten about me while they let my nails soak off. I first visited back in the fall of 2022. My experience was already great with this hidden gem. Low wait times, great prices, clean atmosphere, and friendly techs. What more could I ask for? Then Josh took over as the owner. Josh has made me feel like a whole new person. Yes, for real!!! I am usually the type that gets a simple French manicure but now, I have these badass sets that last me weeks. I feel so confident with nails like these. They get so many compliments wherever I go. He is always pushing me to get out of my comfort zone. I love his style. I have never been so happy with my nails! I get excited to go every 2-3 weeks.

My daughter got a pedicure today by a man that said his name was Yen. She called me crying he nipped her cuticles causing them to bleed so much so that she couldn’t finish her pedicure. I asked for the manager who said his name was Dave he didn’t offer any care but said accidents happen. I’m very disappointed ☹️

I always go to this place. I have not been to this place for a few years. I went a couple of days ago and the experience was awful. The nail tech that I had with the fake blonde hair only wanted to give me one coat and was mad that I wasn’t doing gel. After I was done she made me pick up my belongings with my wet nails and told me “don’t ruin them!” I ended up messing up one of my nails because she didn’t help me and when I asked her to fix one of them she said, “that’s why I told you to do gel” I told her, “excuse me, aren’t I the customer? Should you give me what I want?” The nail tech next to her told her “you have to be more patient with the customers that just want nail color” I don’t understand why you need more patience when gel takes longer. She didn’t even buff my nails so that the polish sticks to my nails longer. When I was picking my color I felt like I was being rushed and I don’t understand what the rush was for when the place was empty. I don’t know if they are under new management because I always had a good experience at this location but never again. She also made me pay before she started and when she was wiping the excess polish off the cuticle with her own nail she was too rough. I felt like she was cutting me. They were empty on a Saturday. I guess that’s why. Never again. I have never left a bad review for a nail salon because I just don’t have the time. I went out of my way this time to save others from the abuse that I experienced

Got my valentines nails done here, and they turned out absolutely PERFECT! Josh always does the best job!

This place is the best!! Always fast service and even better work quality. Thank you Sun Nails!

They have great designs and good gel color choices, most of staff are nice. And they did not lift or chip even after 3 weeks. However due to a personal issue that I had which I believe will be different next time this rating stands. Also make sure you ask for price before they do your nails. There's many "extras"

I wish I could give this place a 0 star rating this is the absolute worst experience I've ever had imaginabe. There are no words. I am so embarrassed to shake someone's hand right now with the way that my nails look. I am basically crying right now that's how horrible they look. I told them I was going to a very important event and simply needed a shellac repolish. (I had a shellac manicure 5 days prior.) There are gouges in every single one of my nails and chunks of I don't even know what and they are bubbly and uneven and there's Polish on my fingers and something that seems as sticky as super glue on my thumbs. Oh. And he was rude.

As a disclaimer you can read my other reviews I have left all over the country and I have never given anyone less than 3 stars before.

(By the way- the owners response saying this is the wrong place is a lie- my doctor is across the street- I know exactly where I'm talking about- I also wrote the review in the parking lot the second I walked out of the nail salon)

I’ve gone here 15 plus years. Have seen Lisa, Lilly and Tony. Excellent service. Great people.
