Very very very bad service. Worst manicure and pedicure I have EVER received. Left hangnails on every finger, did not use cuticle oil at all. Did not even file my nails, left them very jagged Ask that they correct and they would not. My pedicure, left me feet still rough, did not try and get the rough and dry off, left polish all over my toes and one half way polished. Please, please save your money and time and choose somewhere else to go. The guys doing the services also will make you feel very uncomfortable. Worst service I have ever received for $75. Horrible and they refuse to correct the issue.
I had an appointment at 11 on Friday, didn’t get in a chair until about 12, I showed him my inspiration picture for the design and he started. He was rushing quite a bit. He didn’t measure the nail size before glueing them on so some nails are too small and some are too big. A few of the nails are crooked. I wasn’t too worried about that but when I asked him to shape my nails he said he would shape them later. He applied the acrylic and then attempted to shape my nails. He did not ask what shape I wanted and just went for it and started painting before I could ask for him to shape them more. He was VERY aggressive while filing them and it hurt my finger & nail extremely bad. He had cut to the length I wanted and then he filed them so much that they were much shorter. Needless to say, I will not be returning
My nails are so smooth and perfect. She took her time and paid attention to every detail. I usually have at least one spot that I’ll find on my nails that bothers me but they’re seriously perfect!
I have been coming here about a year now. I highly recommend this salon. They always take care of me. You may have to wait a little while on the weekends but it is well worth it compared to other places in the area.
This was my first time going here... I don't think I'll be back. The guy didn't fully exfoliate my feet and toes, the water was so hot I could barely stand to hold my feet in it, my gel polish looks okay but it's smudged a little which may or may not be my fault. But either way, for as much as I paid... I don't think the service performed weighs out. He seemed rushed. And I think he overcharged me on the gel nail polish. I'm almost positive the price listed on the menu was $15, but he charged me $20.
& Upon further inspection of my toes, the gel polish has bubbles on one of my big toes, the other big toe, the gel polish has already begun to chip and as for all my little toes, the gel polish doesn't even completely cover the nail. Will not be back.
Gg did an amazing job, definitely going back. first time there made an appointment at 10 this morning, got there a few minutes early, got seated straight away. I love the out come of them. I suggest going there!
Wonderful service as always! My daughter and I both were pampered. She loves going to get her nails painted, everyone is very patient with us ????❤️
