The clerks are very helpful except for that one bigger woman. She was rude one time when I went in accusing me of shop lifting made me empty my purse . I wasn't stealing anything I was only taking my time looking for what I want. I'm an indecisive shopper and they have a VERY large selection. Can't I take my time to choose what I think looks best? Is it against the shopping rules to browse the items and take time to make an educated and thought-out purchase rather than buying something that wouldn't look as nice? Anyways besides that one employee the store as a whole is huge . Great selection. And discount wall! I suggest to others to check them out!
So I browse the store a minute, asks the lady up front about hair gel and my experience immediately went to negative. The response was given in a nasty, unprofessional manner as if I'm disturbing her. I let that slide and went back to browsing. Once I gathered my order, I approach the counter and I patiently wait. There's no response from the rude lady but as I walked away the young lady with her say " hey that lady leaving"; the nasty lady responded, "oh she can go, it doesn't matter and her rude comments faded off. My higher power kept me shielded from responding to her nastiness but I do think that owner would have preferred she treat their customers better than this. And for the lady that spewed that nastiness today, please be careful and realize you should be grateful you're working. And for sure your nasty attitude is why you're working for minimum wage or less. I would not ???? recommend visiting this place.
I showed the staff exactly what I needed and she still gave me the wrong item. To each is own but I want be coming back here . They need someone who knows what they’re doing.
I felt a little silly Bex i know nothing about the products here and I am trying to learn. But when i have asked about certain products i get a very weird reaction.... Instead of help that i need they are very short on the m platter. Acting like they don't know or giving the barest of information
Went there for the first time a couple weeks ago. Workers were friendly and helpful. Store is really big and have lots to select from. I was having pleasant experience until a fight almost broke out between two customers. It's was getting really out of hand, luckily a nice young gentleman walked me to my car becuz I was scared as hell as the situation had escalated to someone pulling out a gun. Whatever issue was going on, I wasn't hanging around to see if it got resolved.
Most products do not have prices marked and the only way to know selling price is to take items to register for a price check. Very inconvenient.
I came to Sun Beauty yesterday and I needed help finding the right color of hair. I asked the associate on the floor and she was very helpful. The staff is very understanding and knowledgeable of what they do. The manager also came out here way to help my mother find the right color wig for her. I will definitely be shopping here. Happy customer
Read before buying! Customer service is a 0! Only because they don’t take accountability for what they do went to purchase a wig pointed to the one I wanted the lady comes and takes me to where the wig is I advise I wanted the hair color on the manikin she doesn’t even bend down to look my friend actually went to looking through the colors she finds it and the lady takes it out her hand and says “yes this is it and you got the last color” so I’m happy and purchased only to get out the door in my car! and finds it’s not the wig so I go back in straight to the lady who gave me the wig and she opens and confirms she thought it was the wig and she looks and sees the wig I wanted and color was only on the manikin and offers that so she says go to the front and let them know and I do so only for the manager to tell me sorry can’t exchange it’s not my worker fault if she would have bent down to get the wig it would’ve her fault! Really!!!!! I understand the policy but yet it was the lady fault because she directed me to the wig and advised me I had the right one she never said it’s 2 styles of wigs out of 6 boxes because if that was the case I would have been looking for the name of the wig and not just color the lady just stood there saying well your friend picked up the color smh yea she did because you wouldn’t bend down and look and we didn’t know to be looking for the name of wig so yea my last time shopping I would have settled for the one who hands been all it because it was what I wanted poor management
