Have anyone experienced sickness after leaving??

Braided extremely ruff and rude.

This is by far the WORST hair braiding experience I've EVER encountered!!!! The style I requested was not what I received. I should have known from how many times it took her to start the braid. I was given signs when I looked at the lady that finished before me &Her hair was horrible. These AFRICANS CANNOT BRAID. They left a braid of my hair only?!!!! Like who does this ? I almost caught a case in her about my hair. They know they can't braid! You wont EVER have to worry about me coming pass this shop. Help a friend and tell her not to go here. This experience was a great one!it was very relaxing and peaceful.

I have visited Sukays for the last time. Recently went in and asked for individual passion twist and asked what type of hair I needed. Was told “Passion twist hair from beauty supply” by Sukay. I continued to question the type of hair she was referring to and she informed to go to the beauty supply and ask for “passion twist” hair. I did just that and was given crochet hair. Upon arriving back at the shop, they told me I had the wrong hair. I asked again what type of hair and again Sukay explained that I needed freetress deep twist hair. After getting the hair and going back, the lady started working on my hair and Sukay tells me that I again bought the wrong hair and she could not do passion twist with the hair. I argued that I purchased exactly what she told me. They could have just told me they can’t braid with certain hair and I would have moved accordingly, but did not. I asked for a style that could be used with the hair. After leaving, I lost a braid the same day and another within a week. Braids looked as if I’d had them up for a month. Called to request a redo of a different style and was told I’d still have to pay but would take 20.00 off. I just took as a loss and will never go back. Just beware if you are not getting box braids or any style that uses the synthetic hair that they provide you will not have a good experience and will waste money! Do not recommend.

Was told to come at 10am, and several others were also told to come at that time. Sukay kept telling me here sister was coming to start my hair. She did NOT come and get started until 11am. Only 1 person was on my hair. I did not leave until after 5pm. Respect me time as a customer as I respect your time as a business.
