The ladies are super friendly! They make you feel comfortable. Also there is plenty of availability & will do their best to squeeze you in same day.

They always do a great job every time and the staff is so accommodating and friendly! I send all my friends here, highly recommend!

My tech was wonderful!! I treated myself to a spray tan and was incredibly happy with my results. If I lived in the area I would go more often.

The girls here were super welcoming to my friend and myself, especially since it was our first sugaring experience. The only reason I’m giving 4/5 stars is the girl who sugared me was over 20 minutes behind schedule so I had to wait a while past my appointment time.

First time getting sugared. My waxer was super sweet and checked in with me frequently. And she was thorough tweezing hairs that were missed. Very welcoming which is nice for making you comfortable. What I will say though is that they sometimes have to press down the sugar onto your skin to stretch it out which is a little different than waxing and wasn't expecting it which added a little more pain since after they remove one portion they have to spread it over that freshly waxed area and press it down into the skin and it hurts a little bit to do. Also this is not on the tech at all this is just general if you come from shaving some hairs are too small to catch so you might have to let those grow a little more. Overall good experience would recommend.

First time sugaring after about a decade of waxing, and Sugared + Bronzed made the experience so pleasant! Walking in, it feels like a cute boutique (gorgeous aesthetic). Everything is so clean, and the ladies are so kind and welcoming. Will be coming back regularly, and highly recommend!

Cancelled my membership and was told I had to use any remaining credits by the end of the month. I was just in last week for a sugaring treatment so there was no way I would need/be able to get another before the end of the month. Was told I could use my credit for another service, which I don't need (or want). I would just like to use my remaining single credit when I need my next sugaring next month but no, not an option. Service has always been great here but unfortunately the inability to get the service I have already paid for lessened my opinion of this company.

***Update 4/21/22: was able to come to a more favorable outcome to ending my membership after communicating with another S + B associate.

The ladies are and make you feel very comfortable weather tanning or waxing. The ladies are very sweet and helpful I come in once a month for my wax and have done tanning. Every experience has been awesome these ladies are great!
