My friend and I ‘walked’ in to get acrylics done and the studio was fairly busy and they still managed to get us in right away. To add to that, the nails look amazing. Van did mine and she did such a great job. Good customer service and even better nails! What more could you ask for at a salon? Super happy with my experience!
I walked in and got a fill and the lady did wonderfully. My nails were done somewhere else and they were thick but this lady here at studio beauty made them look more natural and thinner! Plus she massaged my hands with lotion after. That got her a better tip ???? thank you so much
I’ve gone to this place for years and never had any problems till yesterday evening, my friend and I got our nails done and I got a new guy and he cut up my cuticles so badly they were bleeding for awhile and he wouldn’t stop drilling on them and kept spraying rubbing alcohol on them which made it bleed even more, I believe the owner came to finally help me out and get my cuticles to stop bleeding, and helped me clean them up and then he finished doing my nails after… the new guy also complained I was too skinny! he got very mad that the nail color I asked for had to be thrown away after doing my nails cause there was blood on it..
I sat for 30 minutes with Henry asking to pick out my color. Knowing I would like to get my nails done. Only to be skipped over rude. Just who cares you have been waiting then a person walks in and gets to go right in front of you no appointment just walking as well but apparently my money is not as good
I was butchered by the owner. Small man from Vietnam. Do not let him cut your hair. Rude and fast. No explanation whybhe cut my sideburns off. Or cut half my ponytail off. This guy needs to have his license revoked. DO NOT LET HIM CUT YOUR AIR!
What a GREAT PLACE. Amazing customer SERVICE. Everyone so kind. It's WONDERFUL to feel like a friend. Although busy, you still get that one on one experience. Me and my Sis love it here.
Not totally happy. Had acrylic nails done. Charged $60 when I went to pay. I heard the owner say $50 just like it says on the door. I handed him 3 $20 bills and when he didn't offer change I said you said $50. He said no, he said $60 so didn't want to insist but fifty sounds different than sixty. He then added color adds to the price. Questionable on my part.
Quick service for 2 teens to get walk in haircuts and one to get color highlights. Staff is very kind and friendly, and of course professional.
