Alejandro hooked me up with an amazing deal for a hair straightener! The best straightener I ever had! My hair is smooth and shiny.

I ended up buying the serum and the shampoo and conditioner too which I liked a lot.

Critiano sold me flat iron and I really like it.

He was very kind and patient and he taught me how to do curls.

I definitely saw big difference between this one and the one I have at home.

I visited the mall with my daughter and Anna stopped us. Let me tell you she is an excellent sales woman. She has an awesome personality very friendly and upbeat. I honestly didn’t even really need a flat iron but she sold me but I admit I love this flat iron versus mine and the hair serum is amazing too. Absolutely love her!!!

I actually really love the straightener even though I got talked into getting it I did I paid $150 or so. It's been 3 months now and one of the ceramic plates are cracked. This bums me out cuz I usually buy cheaper straighteners and have never had one crack. And from the reviews it's looking like there's nothing I can do about it they're not going to help or return it .So as sad as it is I won't be able to return for any more additional tools knowing they no longer have return policies or that the equipment sometimes we do this.

Lucas was very attentive! He explained the products like a professional and was very knowledgeable on hair care. He even informed and assisted on information pertaining to my husband’s beard using their custom vitamins oil. Additionally, he did my hair as demonstration to the products before purchasing. Now, because of him I got my own mini hair salon at home; blow dryer, flat iron and serum/oils for a great price! (Will be my spot for Christmas shopping for my mom and sister) You need to go see him.

I LOVE this company’s products. I have naturally curly hair which I am not a big fan of. However, I have the straightener(purple) which I use often! Also, I use the Shampoo and Conditioner when I wash my hair. I’ve noticed that a little goes a long way and a both bottles last me a while! It’s definitely worth it. My hair always feels smooth and my stylist said since using this product that my hair is actually a lot healthier. I was concerned about the price at first, but now I that I have seen the value, I know that it’s worth it. I will say that I’ve seen bad reviews, but I just think that people are not using the product as directed. Follow the directions and you will see results! 10/10 would recommend! I’ve showed it to my family and they even love the product now!

My husband bought me the straightener and brush combo last year. I was super skeptical.... but very impressed with the flat iron. Its really great and leaves my hair soft and silky. It is quick and easy to use and doesn't damage my hair. Love it.

The brush however....is the biggest piece of junk i have ever seen! Does absolutely nothing. I am actually going to throw it in the trash. Don't get fooled paying extra for the combo set!!!
