Perfect as always. New flavour coffee ???? A bit busy, but staff doing fast & good job.
Lovely staff, very helpful and changed my sister's drink for me to a soya one free of charge. They also brought them out to my car for me. All three drinks were great.
Lovely space for a coffee, especially if you can get a comfy seat. Venue is at the end of Morrisons car park but inside is relatively quiet and nice. Staff were helpful and polite.
Orders are wrong on a regular basis.
Missing whipped cream
Vanilla latte taste like regular coffee despite asking for extra vanilla syrup.
Asking for a decaf and it's not decaf
Asking to be drinking in and given drinks in takeaway cups. Giving reasons like the mugs to drink in are not available as they're in a wash even though there was about 10+ clean ones next to the till.

The team last night is a compliment to this place. Everytime we order, they show absolute professionalism and top customer service.
The vanilla latte withthout extra syrup requested tasted like it should and everything was how we ordered it at the till.
They get a 5*
I only use the drive through but all staff are lovely and welcoming and order never takes too long either.
Terrible service. Waited at the window at the front of the queue for a good 15 minutes and when we tried to get the boys attention to see what the hold up was we were completely ignored. If you were thinking of grabbing a quick drink round the drive thru, don't as it will not be quick.
Nice atmosphere and service but no kids drinks that they like?
Ordered hot drinks and a sandwich to be delivered. Drinks arrived cold and not as advertised and the sandwich wasn’t delivered. Tried contacted them but no answer, it would of been easier to contact someone on the moon than a member of staff in Starbucks.
