Went today for the second time (pedicure both times). I think I can say that today was the best pedicure I’ve ever had in my life. Will definitely be back.
Had a wonderful experience with a great spirited encounter with Cindy !! She’s awesome and the best but that’s my opinion but you have to come check her out to make it a fact !!! Thanks a lot and I will be back for sure !!!❤️❤️❤️????
They were the only place that would work me in when I had to get my acrylic nail’s removed last minute. They were very nice about it.

I used to love this salon because of the friendly atmosphere. Today I was told they would not honor my rewards card due to new ownership even though the other Star Nails stamped my card last time, supposedly after new ownership. I feel this is VERY unprofessional and poor customer service! Star Nails 2 has lost a LOYAL consumer. In fact I was told to go to the other Star Nails to use my card. what sense does that make? The manager would rather lose the service then give a $5 discount!
I saw all reviews are 5⭐, I was excited to give them a try. I was quite disappointed. The girl did not make a clean-cut on my cuticles so this is happened after 3 days (attached photos). These usually last about at least a week. I give them 2 ⭐ because they was friendly and clean establishment.
They took us right in even though it was very close to closing time. They took their time with our nails and truly did a lovely job. I was very impressed with the Hombre Dip (my first time getting this done). We will definitely be back. Thank you to Anna for my nails and the other sweet woman that did my granddaughters nails. You both did a beautiful job.
I LOVED this salon! They stayed way over closing time for me to get my nails and toes done. They took their time and gave me the best pedicure I've ever had PLUS the best ombre dip nail I've ever received. I'll definitely be back!!
