Polite and efficiant staff however, a few times now we have tried to treat the kids to fish and chips and they have wrapped up old dry chips and dry fish. They keep the food in hot hold WAY too long and then sell it anyway. Very annoying especially when it is a treat for the kids. Best go at a peak time so that you dont get sold old inedible food.

Unfortunately tonight for some reason food was terrible, almost as if the fat was days old and hadn’t been changed. I called them to let them know, usually excellent.

Previously good under the old ownership, over the course of the existing ownership portions have been thinning out prices have substantially increased (more than competitors) quality has remained ok, wrong orders frequently, however its clear what the ownerships agenda is (large profits)
Business is built on fair pricing consistent service and good experiences, i have had several poor experiences, however I questioned the price of an item discreetly I was insulted by the 'owner' and told not to come back as I got into my car to leave I could see that I was being insulted led by staff and to customers who were all staring at myself.
Keep doing what you are doing.
