Always a great experience at the nail shop. I've never had any bad business with them. Great people, great atmosphere, drinks always flowing (complimentary, of course.) Every nail tech is caring, alert and accommodating. I appreciate them alot.

I am very disappointed! I paid $48.00 for a gel manicure and the girl who did my nails seemed to be in a hurry. I have never gotten my nails done in less than 30 minutes. She didn’t leave my nails long enough under lamp and by the time I got home I had small bubbles on my gel nails and started chipping off the corners which has never happened before. I am disappointed and will not be going back! It feels like I just wasted my money!

Hunny this place owes me NOTHING. I got a luxury combo plus gel and it was amazing. I even for a back rub. They didnt do any funny business with the pricing which is usually my concern. I will definately be going back because goulds act like they cant do nails during the week.

Wish I could put 0 stars! Worst pedicure I had in my life! The lady that did my nails kept clipping my skin when she was clip my cuticles on my toes.And when I put my foot back in the spa water my toe was burning from her cutting me. She clipped my toe nails and then wiped my toes with the same towel she clipped my toe nails with. So I had toe nail clippings and toe nail dust all over my feet and in my spa water. I just found that so gross. Why not use a new towel when this is clearly dirty. I told the lady this was the worst pedicure I’ve ever had. She got upset that I didn’t enjoy my pedicure and started yelling at me in her native language. Which very unprofessional she is lucky I didn’t slap her! I told the owner that his worker cut my skin on my toes and he absolutely did not care. I will never be back. The workers and the owner are very rude. They do not care about their customers and the owner is a greedy man who doesn’t care about his customer service only money !! Don’t waste you’re time coming here to get your nails done

My first visit to this salon and I was a walk in. I did want a manicure but they must have forgotten or misunderstood. The guy that changed my dip polish did a beautiful job! I have never had anyone put that much detail into doing my nails. My nails look beautiful! The music was a little loud for me and I would prefer something more relaxing over the pop contemporary music but they are very professional and do great work.

I love this place. Friendly staff, they serve with a goal to please with great attention to individual preferences. They have a vast variety of techniques, styles and colors. You name it and they can do it.
