I have been here 3 times and the first two times were great. I was sat at station 1. This last time they sat me at station 9 and the lady did not do a good job. My cuticles are flooded and the acrylic is on my skin. The nails are bulky and not fully painted. The French tip also looks bad. She also cut me a few times (because the acrylic was back so far). I was not mad though, just called and asked if they can fix. They said yes. I went in and spoke with them and tried to show them my nails and explain the issue. They barely gave me a glance and said that to fix it would cost money. Again no issue because I didn’t expect the fix to be completely free. What bothers me is that I would have waited until someone was done with their current customer to fully explain and show them the issues with my nails. They seemed like they didn’t care about the issues at all.

My gel overlay on my natural nails was very disappointing ????. He did not clean my nails thoroughly and I felt like he was in a hurry.

But my pedicure experience was amazing. Minh did an great job, very friendly, and professional.

Will only be going back for the pedicures.

Very disappointed and my nails hurt. Rude service and I felt very brushed aside and rushed through the whole process. Will never be going back and will be filing a formal complaint.

I was referred to this place, called them and they got me in the same day. Got the and only had to wait a few minutes before being seated with Vick. I showed her a pic an of what I wanted and at first she was hesitant but killed the look!! My nails came out better than I expected and I’m hoping I found my new nail tech!!

I’ve been going here for a couple months and I’ve always had the best experience. Everyone here is super nice and always helpful. I normally get my full sets from Ricky and he kills it every time. Not only him, but everyone here is amazing at what they do.

Don't go here! I have been going for 4 years and they normally are great but I had my nails done and the next day the color was falling off. So I called to get them fixed and changed to a different color asked for a refund of the $10 chrome color since I was just going to do regular color and they said no they would fix for free but not refund. Just left a bad taste in my mouth and it shows they don't care about customer loyalty. In addition my husband got a pedicure and the lady cut his toe were he was bleeding for awhile and his feet hurt days after.

My first fill here (the purple nails) were terrible quality. The polish wasn't painted down enough and looked like growth. I had to ask for some nails to be fixed that were lifting that weren't going to be fixed if I didn't mention anything. After I posted a review they told me to come back and they would fix them with their best tech. They were very nice about it and I'm glad I went back to see Nikki. She did a pretty decent job and I'm happy now.
