TERRIBLE. 9•17•2022 i put 5 star so it can get seen. the pics is 2hrs later they rude and tell people 40 min wait to hold people. it be 2 hours! also they unorganized… and they be mad at you for not knowing things. painting job terrible.
My daughter's and I love starting our Saturday mornings off here. We love laughing and cutting up with the staff. Thank you so much Don for the beautiful set of nails this morning!!! Have pedicures done here to and never had a bad one done.
The whole world is short staffed. I understand that…I think more people need to. I like to read the lowest ratings and I was nervous to go to ANY nail salon. But listening to the customers in the salon I learned it was the customers not the staff.
These services are conveniences, the staff are human, treat them like humans and understand it may take a bit to get to you when they are working all day short staffed and being treated like dirt. Understand that if they close at X time and you come in a little before but they have a ton of people to still help, you may not get in.
My experience was great, long wait but they kept us updated. They smiled and were polite when I showed a picture of what I wanted. My daughter got just polish and she was taken care of and treated well too. Loved our visit and would recommend and go again.
I went after having my nails botched the first time by someone not here and I they mot only fixed my nails but their prices are amazing. I won’t be going anywhere else
I've tried different places around cincy, but snow nails Fairfield is the best, I'm sticking to their business always, and the prices are the best.
I go out with my mom and sister here most Saturday mornings and I have to say I'm always excited and happy to come back, nails are beautiful, pedicures are wonderful and relaxing, the team here is always welcoming and friendly, 10/10. I highly recommend this salon for any of your nail needs! I usually get my nails done by Sophie, she's amazing!!! But really they all do great work ????
The only place I’ll go to get my nails done! Occasionally a wait but normally right in and out. Brittany always does a fantastic job!
Today was my first time at the salon , and it was an amazing experience . I got the pleasure of having tommy do my nails and he did a great job. The nail salon it self was so nice , and very clean ! Also newly renovated !!
