Smile Nails is family ran, extra friendly and courteous. I always get what I ask for. Tab is fun and competent. Joy is just like here name... joyful. She does great dip powder. Iv only been there 2 times. And both times were fantastic. My fiance anctually told me to go there.and what a surprise !!!!!! I guess he can b right sometimes ???? i have had the same man "tab" both times and if u like a little sassyness to ur nails he deff is ur guy! Oh big plus!!!! He listens.. Off the record i said i want a white pink color , he picked one and i picked one to, we ended up pickin the same exact color... (Told ya he listens) I will not ever go to another place. Like ever!! Thanks for fixing my nails. Helen nail (across from providence) is no good!

I love this place and I will be going back, but they have an American girl in there doing nails and she did my toes never again will she touch my feet. She was to rough and she didn't even get my ingrown toenail out like the others would. They need to get rid of that American girl she doesn't know what she is doing. Other then her great service work quickly and they do an amazing job!

So I’ve been coming here for a while and even though I’ve had issues (nails coming off within a week or nails just looking horrible) I’ve returned because of how close it is to where I live. Recently I went in to get my engagement nails done which is kind of a big deal. I went in on a Friday afternoon and got a basic gel acrylic set. By Sunday afternoon one nail had completely popped off as if it was a press on nail and I noticed that the rest of the nails were lifting already. After two days! So I went back on Tuesday afternoon (because they are closed on Mondays) and explained to the owner how unhappy I was. She was very nice about it and had someone fix them for free. So I left pretty happy having my nails fixed but after three days another one completely popped off and the rest of them were once again lifting. I literally got so sick of it that I just took them all off myself, and they came off so easily it was honestly unsettling. This is after five days mind you. I am not one to complain about businesses but nails are expensive! I just want to let other potential customers know that they should spend their money at any of the other tons of nail salons in this area.

Very nice staff. Friendly, an patient. Love this place.
