Great and friendly service. Easy to schedule an appointment. Sophia has always worked with my schedule to get my daughter in when she wanted her hair done. I will never take my daughter anywhere else. Great service!

I am writing this review because the service that I had when I visited this salon was so outstanding. Ms. Sophia took the time to talk to me about what I wanted done even before I committed to an appointment. During my appointment she talked to me and made me feel extremely comfortable. I couldn't be any happier with the way my hair turned out. I'm new to this area and I am from the city so I was really concerned with getting my hair done here in Hagerstown to begin with. However she knows what shes doing and I will be going back. I will also recommend this salon. Competitive pricing with outstanding service what else could I ask for. 5 stars for sure!!!!

The owner treated me terribly because my mother got my girls late to an appointment. She told me off in a way that was very unprofessional on the phone while I was at work. Later I found out from my mom they were not even late. She did their hair anyway, but i felt insulted and between a rock & a hard place as the children needed their hair done for school. When i got off call I vowed never do business with this shop again. I would not recommend this shop due to poor customer service. My experience on how i was made to feel as a customer was awful.

Best place to go in Hagerstown for a retwist on your dreadlocks! You can also get them braided if you want to, and Sally's professionalism is at its peak. She is a very peaceful, respectful, strong woman that will will not regret meeting. Give it try! Why would I lie?

This is the only place I will go to get my hair done. I've had so many people in Hagerstown mess me and my family up because they don't know how to handle ethnic hair. It's a real shame. I appreciate Sisters with Style so much. I always get compliments after leaving the salon.

Parking is difficult, had an appointment prior to service date and was called on service date and told they had a personal home inspection so I was rescheduled for later. Had to call them to getThen when I arrived had to wait, my service was overlapped with another client. Wash was not thoroughly done. Locs were not cared for and were cut unevenly. I have not worn my hair or what’s left of it out since cut, until I went to a Sylist to repair the cut. Was heartbroken about service and quality of care provided. This was my third time going for service at this shop first provider no longer there same provider second and third time. Did not want to write bad review but a Christ centered salon should strive for excellence in all areas. God Bless
