Totally disappointed! We use to leave in Plymstock 20 years ago and this was the best place. Returning all these years later and was staying in Stoke and drove 15 minutes specifically for Silver Dragon. We arrived back at our digs and it took them 15 minutes to contact me to let me know they had forgotten to put in half our order. Manager/driver refused to deliver them to us as it was their mistake. We ended up with a refund for half of the order leaving us with only the rice. Kings Chinese in Stoke saved the day and made us some chicken balls to go with our rice. We should have saved ourselves the trip. Poor service ????

Go elsewhere. We ordered by phone and drove about 10 minutes to collect our order. When we got home and dished it out, some of our order was missing. Called back up to let them know to be told I'd have to drive back to collect the missing dishes or I'd have to wait 45 minutes until the driver got back. Either way our food went cold. Poor service, won't be returning.

Worst Chinese takeaway I've ever gone to. Would not recommend. Layer of unknown slime on top, looked like boiled chicken, noodles were vile. Would not even feed to a dog. Ended up in the bin where it belongs. Won't be returning and would encourage people to go elsewhere for a normal Chinese.

Hot, tasty food. Good selection. Great they do delivery, although today I picked up. Seems clean and well organised. Card or cash payments. Would recommend.

Worst Chinese I've ever had. Should've been chicken chow mein, but was nothing like any I've ever had before. Was more like pale slimy boiled chicken and veg with dry noodles. It ended up in the bin as was vile. Don't recommend at all & definitely won't be using again.

Well our chinese takeaway tonight was very good. Food was hot, tasty and friendly service. I dont understand the really bad reviews as i am very fussy and always enjoy my food from here.

Phoned this evening to order 3 separate orders for the same delivery address due to how we needed to pay for it! From the off the guy on the phone was rude and ignorant and even went as far as moaning about our order to a colleague while still on the phone! Very unprofessional, asked for receipts to be included to due to needing to process them and they weren’t provided! £120 worth of food so not as if they weren’t getting anything out of us ordering three separate orders. will not be ordering from silver dragon again! Customer service absolutely awful other then the delivery driver who we cannot fault at all the best part about the order was how polite the driver was compared to other staff.
