I have gotten almost every service done here. I live by Nancy doing my eye brows they look amazing every time. I used to get acrylic only until they talked me into dip and growing my nails out. I love they’re acrylics and I love the dip it has been a life changer. So easy to maintain and looks beautiful. I always call ahead to get an appointment because they do get busy. All together 10/10 place, friendly, very clean and professional. Also the pedicures are to die for I love them.
I don't usually leave reviews on places but this was my 1st time ever going to this salon and I will definitely be back! I've struggled to find a salon after having issues with some other ones since moving to the area and this is definitely my salon of choice. Everyone was so nice and helpful. I think the lady who did my nails was named Kelly and she was super nice and was able to do the nail art almost exactly to the picture I showed her. Can't wait to go back to their amazing salon!
Consistently good manicures and pedicures in the cleanest salon ever. They are busy so make an appointment…I’ve been coming here for years and always pleased with the service. Thank you!
I visited Shi Nails about 2 weeks ago for the first time after not being happy at the nail salon I had been going to for nearly 15 years and and I was blown away by my time there. They were professional, very clean and I called to make an appointment and they told me to come in. I will definitely be returning!

I walked in yesterday and got a full set from Alex, who I believe is the owner. The service was really bad. The tips that he put on were way to narrow for my natural nail, which made them look gaudy and cheap. He also did not fill the acrylic to base of the nail, making it look like my nails were already due for a refill. I asked for square tips but he did rounded, which I didn’t realize until he was a few nails in.
What topped it off was that he was constantly yelling and snapping at customers that it was close to closing time and his employees wouldn’t have time to do whatever they were requesting (closing time was still actually an hour away). He told me that he absolutely would not be paying his employees overtime. All around a bad experience being a customer having to sit and listen to it. I was surprised because I had read many positive reviews from other websites but I won’t be returning!
this place is AMAZING!! i had nancy and she was soo polite and did a wonderful job within less than an hour! i got regular polish and it was only $45 plus a $10 tip.
I had a great experience with Elaine today getting pampered for my birthday. Nails were exactly what I asked for and the pedicure was fantastic!
