Customer service means alot to me. Walking in speaking to customers or owners is important to me. These people didn't speak to me, talked to their coworkers as if I was there. Didn't tell me my total, no goodbye, have a good day. Absolutely nothing. I'll drive a little farther now I refuse to go to this place again.
Do not shop here!!!! They DO NOT follow their return policy!!! I called before hand and they said I can return an item unused with a receipt and they still didn’t give me a refund when I came in! The item was clearly unused and the owner excused me of using it! The whole container was full and obviously looked unused! I will never come here again. Oh and on top of that, the prices are way to high! I found the same items cheaper at other beauty supply stores. Q beauty in Petersburg and Beautifull on hull street.
Good prices and great selection. If you like wigs, this is the place to go.
The staff was very helpful and nice. It began to rain very hard while we were there, they allowed us to sit down and wait for the rain to ease up. That was very hospitable.

I absolutely love this store. They're friendly every visit and they try to get new supplies that are in demand. Mrs. Su (I think) is nice and throws in a comb or gum with your purchase. If your looking for great service in a friendly environment, then shop here.
1st time going today and they have gained a new regular customer. Excellent crochet variety and wig choices and impeccable customer service. I will definitely make this my main store.
