Very clean & professional! I got a dip mani & pedicure. Jenny was my tech & she was very polite. She was quick but thorough & I will definitely be going back in a couple weeks. The massage chairs are amazing & actually work! They have quite a few nail techs. I just did a walk in because the place I usually go to was closed. I didn't wait long at all! Would definitely recommend! Great place for bridal parties!

Best quality acrylic set I've ever gotten! They usually last a good 3 weeks before any serious lifting starts.

I'm very particular about shape (I like short coffin nails which are tricky and I often leave other salons disappointed with the shaping or the regularity of the shaping amongst the nails) but I've always been happy with the shaping I receive from Serenity.

Even though there are plenty of salons closer to my house I haven't gone to another salon since I started going here.

I LOVE this salon. The staff is warm and kind, and the quality of services is unmatched. I have particularly thin and weak nails, but they take such good care of me, and all the friends that I've brought along! Just got my fresh dip manicure with nail art, and I'm obsessed, as usual. Great service, and great value!

I was pretty disappointed with my nails. I asked for almond shaped dip nails and they came out pretty bad. I asked the lady to fix them but she said that she couldn’t do much else because thats how dip sits on a fake tip. I like the color but the shape it terrible- they are not almond and are very bumpy. One of the nails looks like it’s lifted up. I’m going to go somewhere else and get them fixed.

I am super picky about my nails , I started going here in March-ish and met Damon . He is amazing from the shaping to designs ! He takes pride in his work and it shows . The atmosphere is great everyone else is nice and willing to answer questions to get you what you want. My last set on the right and another I had awhile ago .

I’ve gotten my nails done here a few times and they usually did a decent job: not outstanding but was typically satisfied. However, this last time I went and got a Dip Manicure and my nails looked nice but within hours, one of my fingers began to hurt badly and was red. It kept getting worse over the next 2 days. I called Serenity and asked about their cleaning process as I was worried about an infection and they had me come in for them to look at my finger. They told me the redness and pain was caused from my manicurist using the electric nail drill too much on/near my cuticle. I have them on record saying this. I asked for a discount or refund since they technically injured me and they declined any offer or apology. They also wouldn’t tell me how they cleaned the tools and I didn’t see any barbicide on the tables. Very disappointing and unprofessional. It took a week of me putting antibiotic ointment and bandaging up my finger for it to heal.

I’ve been going to serenity for about 3ish years now. BEST service in GR! Very clean and professional and always putting the customer first. I recommend this salon to everyone I know. You won’t regret getting a service done here

Usually I really like this place, they do a really good job with designs, but last time I went I wanted to take my acrylics off and get new ones, and instead of soaking them off with acetone, each one was individually ripped off my finger. When I expressed my discomfort, they continued to rip them off.
