I got Japanese hair straightening treatment today at Sema Hair Salon. The service I got and the end result was amazing. The hairstylist(Jean) was very professional and caring throughout the process. It took 3 hours for the whole treatment. I definitely recommend this place. I am going again in a year!!!!!!

I normally get my hair straight annually as I have naturally curl hair. The salon I usually go to was permanently closed probably due to covid. So I found Sema online, and gave it a try yesterday. It is amazing, I am absolutely going back. Highly recommend.

Best place for Japanese Straightening been coming here for many years. Grace is so kind and good at her job. They will take care of your hair no matter the type of hair. Any style you want the staff will give you walk out feeling beautiful, handsome if your a guy haircuts, for kids. Nice local salon.

Took my daughter here for a Japanese straight. My first experience was great I thought he did a beautiful job but last only 5 or 6 months, the second visit I felt it was so rushed and less than 2 months my daughter's hair was back to the way it was. Also, they charged $35 to cut one inch of hair in the back. I think they are too expensive

Highly recommend for Japanese straighten. Grace is not only highly skilled and phenomenal at what she does but she made me feel so comfortable and was so friendly. I cover my hair in public for religious reasons and she made accommodations so I can feel comfortable. She is amazing! Definitely coming back here!

I have a semi wavy midlength hair and I had a Japanese keratin done 3 weeks ago. I was charged $250 . The guy was nice but hardly speak. After 3 days of washing, my hair was same as it was. So I called to inform them to have it re-done. I went after a week and half when it was first done and a new guy explained that the first guy who did my hair gave less of the treatment that is why it resulted to almost the same. He blowdry my hair and that was it..I told him it needs to be re-done. He charged me another $100 to straighten my hair (which is supposed to be a back job). I agreed and paid for it. A week after you cannot even tell I had 2 Japanese treatments done as it is still the same and now my hair is damaged. I wasted more than $400 including tips. I would not return here anymore.

I drove 2 hours to use this salon for my first ever Japanese hair straightening treatment. I was a bit early for my 10am appointment, but they were ready for me. The salon was very clean and although there was a language barrier, the staff was very professional and knowledgeable. The gentleman who did my treatment was so careful, and explained each step thoroughly. He also noticed that my hair was a little uneven and decided to give it a trim. He was an amazing perfectionist. He explained after care and when to come back! I will be going back to this salon every time I need a treatment! I was amazed with the customer service and hard working staff! Thank you Sema!!! (Side note: there is an amazing pastry store across the street for coffee and delicious fancy pastries)
