I went here yesterday to get a full set. Even came prepared with pictures. What i got was not even close to the picture i showed them.

The reds on my middle/ring finger are different shades because they layered the red on top of the black on my middle finger causing it to be slightly darker

The paint has already chipped on my index finger not even 24 hours later

They were insanely rough with my hands and made me bleed on three separate fingers. He was very rough and careless with the filing and took skin off of some of my fingers; they’re still sore nearly 24 hours later. They were very careless while trimming my cuticles, he went too far on a couple fingers (mostly my right thumb.) making me bleed, and all he did was wipe it off and carry on.

I had a previous cut on my right hand middle finger because i work and stuff happens; but he was very rough with that and made the entire experience way more painful than it should’ve been. You can see in the photos how red and irritated my fingers are.

On my left hand they did the design wrong. the slanted red on the middle finger is supposed to be facing the ring finger

I have been going here for years, but the last few times I have found that my gel only lasts 2 weeks before it begins to lift. I feel like they are in a big hurry to do the job, and my last pedicure did not even take care of my skin. Very disappointed that the quality of their service has gone down hill. Have found a new nail place.

The pictures below are from a manicure I received on Tuesday. It is now Thursday morning, not even 48 hrs after getting them done. I've never seen this happen so quickly or nail polish that dents and scrapes so easily once dry, or even days later. I'm sure they'd offer to fix it for me, but since the manicure itself was a waste of money, I don't see the sense in wasting more on the gas to get there (1/2 hr from me). Very dissatisfied in the work and the quality of products used. Will not be returning.

Note- I am currently out of work, so aside from cooking and dishes, I'm not really using my hands too much. I've ruined manicures in the past bc I owned a cleaning company, but have not been exposed to those chemicals lately,so that's definitely not the issue this time.

I decided to try Gel X instead of acrylics and went in to have Cathy do my nails and oh boy, am I glad I did. I’m obsessed. I tell everyone about her and Gel X. I’m probably annoying, but I don’t care..because my nails are incredible. I’ve had her do them twice now and I’m already looking for inspiration for next time. I 10000% recommend going in and having Cathy do some Gel X nails on you, you’ll love them!

I made an appointment with Cathy after seeing some of her work on a local facebook page. To say I am impressed with my nails would be an understatement. She is absolutely incredible and I can’t wait to book with her again!????

They did absolutely nothing I asked for and Tony refused to give me my money back. My nails are boxes and the “French tip” take up half my nails. Those white dots are supposed to be flowers, before those flowers were painted the man had said multiple times he had no idea how to do flowers but they are too busy that he’s just going to have to try his best.

I went to sassy with my daughter to get a pedi. And my daughter got her nails painted...I asked them to do many designs and kept telling me it was "too hard" and that I was un able to do design and needed to choose a solid color with no design. So finally I chose 1 solid color which isn't at all what I wanted. My daughter wanted her nails and toe nails all rainbow color. And they refused to take the time to paint her nails all rainbow. Just like me with the design I chose. Telling me it was too hard as if they didn't want to take the time to do it, yet I've seen many many people have designs done there, so why couldn't i??? Every single time I go into sassy expecting to come out with something, they won't do what I ask them too. And I wanted them to put gel on my daughters nails because if they don't all the stuff I paid for, comes off in 1 day...so I asked them to do gel on her without filing her little nails down and they refused. Wouldn't do it. They wouldn't make my daughter's nails into lady bugs after they told her they weren't doing rainbow. So neither of us got what we wanted. Not at all what we asked for and had to just do what they suggested because everything we suggested and wanted wasn't an option. Yet they charge us $100 to give us an experience we will never ever for get in the worst way possible and we will never ever be back there. I always go to Walmart for now on or c&t nails and they ALWAYS give exactly what I want. And I've never ever ever been charged $100 and come out with something i didn't like. It's always exactly what I want. The only place I have a hard time getting what I want is sassy. They won't take the time. I absolutely hate writing bad reviews, but this experience was so unfair to both me and my daughter and way over priced for something neither of us wanted. ????

Not what I asked for. Nails are crooked, uneven different sizes. And see through. During the process the nail fell off then he blamed it on me moveing. (I was not moveing) was not worth 60 dollars. I had a appointment at 12:30 and I didn’t get in until 1:30. Also filed my nail down to the point where it hurt. Not worth it
