Last minute call, she had a awesome personality, she was super nice and I was very comfortable for the first time at a nails salon. Got my nails done for my anniversary i loved it, I would recommend to everyone.
My nails have never looked better and they last over 2 weeks - never had that happen at other nail salons. My nail tech, Phuong, ensures they are perfect. She takes her time. I even have her pick my color! You are greeted upon entering - clean environment too! Nicole, the owner, is very nice. Hand massage after the manicure would be great!
The girls were real nice but I'm not crazy about my nails. You don't get a towel or cream afterwards and I do think they look thick
It's been a while haven't been to nail salon but they're really awesome there they are like a family once you get there they are reasonable and I love lounge I love the lounge ❤️
I went here before I hope they got better had thee worse experience my acrylic was not smooth it had lumps in it. I was rushed to get to another client I've been looking for another place to go due to needing a new nail tech and because of my experience I will never come back or recommend to anyone. I say all this to not bash but hopefully that y'all have the integrity to do every one's nails efficient and beautifully because your work ethics speaks volumes & and also it's not cheap it's our hard earned money being spent with tip. So hopefully every nail tech understands the importance of great customer service and that we're not just another body in your chair..
These ladies had some work cut out for em with the mess I brought them from a different salon. They made sure I was heard and understood in what I wanted. They were sympathetic but helped me in laughing it off . They were professional and truly just outstanding service and energy in that place. I already can't wait to go back.
This place is my haven. I always know I can go here and receive not only the warmest welcome, but the most excellent service for my nails - both hand and feet. I always joke that they 'resurrect me', because I come in with rough nails and they make them look perfect again by the time I leave.
The BEST result I had was last summer. I got a no-chip manicure before I went on an archaeological dig. I was digging in several inches of dirt for 8 hours, 5 days straight. My nails did not budge one bit. It became a joke with our dig team. I still got a solid 1.5 weeks out of my manicure after the dig ended. See photo attached which was taken day 4 of the dig.
