Lovely, quite place. The staff is friendly and the service is super quick.

We ordered beer along with peanut masala and tandoori poppadom , served with mango chutney.

Both the items were super duper spicy. I just loved it

They do Indian food like dal tarka , chicken curry etc , which is next on my list.

I would highly recommend this place.

Chai or tea lovers please please check this place. It has the best tea you would ever have. Very friendly staff and also a place to chill if you like football. Would definitely go back for the chai. Good service loved the food and drinks .

Food was good, and staff were friendly and helpful. Overall had a good experience, and would definitely go back again. Well done team.

When it comes to Shisha, you can't get a better pot or flavours. Smokes really well, lasts ages, good range of flavours, they offer Dark Leaf.

I hardly ever get food when I come, but the Lamb or Chicken biryani they do is really good, Highly recommended!

They always have the big sport matches showing whether it's Cricket, Football, Boxing etc.

Service is always 10/10. Especially if you're a regular.

Our experience at Karak lounge started off great. We received great service from 1 individual. However, after he left everything went down hill. We ordered a few items on the menu. Unfortunately, items were missing and the quality of the food was just satisfactory.

We ordered desserts (waffles and ice cream) and had to chase up on them 3 times. We were told that the manager is on his way and he will bring the desserts with him? We also ordered Karak chai. Even though there were hardly any customers, the waffles came 1 hour and 20 minutes later and we received them cold. The karak chai which followed tasted absolutely rank.

When we recieved our bill we asked the waitress to remove the service charge. She reacted as if we were asking to have the whole bill removed. She said " Sir, service charge is compulsary and it cannot be removed" luckily, we knew our rights and had it removed immediately. As we were leaving, we received bitternes from the manager and staff members.

???? Parking: Ample parking available on the side streets, although roads are quite narrow, so be sure to park carefully.

????: Social Smoke Watermelon chill x Social Smoke Lemon chill on a Geometry hookah with the AoT provost. It smoked well producing thick flavoursome clouds throughout a 2 hour session. They also sprinkled cane mint as per my request. ????????One of the very few lounges who offer the standard usual hoses, but disposable hoses available upon request.

I’ve been to this lounge a few times throughout 2020 and 2022 and they’ve recently put on a wider flavour selection on their menu including Trifecta, Nameless, Hookain and Tangiers.

???? Music: Good selection of music for vibes, was a tad loud but I could still have a conversation with my friend sat opposite me.

???????? Food/Drinks: No food on this occasion, but we did opt for some lovely Karak chai! We did want desserts but was not feeling Kulfi or Gulab Jamun.

????Bill: It came to £33 for 2 people (on this occasion).

???? Service: Service was excellent throughout with frequent coal changes and great conversation with the main man.

???? Final thoughts: Would I come here again? Yes as the lounge has a great selection of flavours and hookah’s, and the food on previous occasions has been fabulous.

Good food, masala fish prices could be bigger as well as the naan, however taste of food was good.
