Shocking! Read previous “good” reviews went for a trim today and it was awful. My hair wasn’t washed properly it was not cut straight and the person was coughing all the time i was there. I left the salon and went to another place for them to sort my hair as it was not cut properly! Please avoid!! Photo below of how she let me leave this “salon”
I go to this hair salon regularly. I love how they do my roots, how they cut it, the products they use and the styling techniques. Staff are warm and welcoming, very friendly and listen to what you want. A professional service with absolutely amazing prices. Highly recommended!!

Service at at front reception was okay , i got seen to at a reasonable time. ladies were nice. However the lady that cut my hair seemed to have little to non knowledge on how to cut hair. I left with my hair looking lob-sided. I asked for a blow dry, and which they just dried my hair with a hairdryer and no brush was used. I asked if i could have my hair curled instead of straightened and was told it would be an extra £10, which i don’t understand as it takes the same amount of time in which you would straighten hair. It’s a shame my experience has let me down and to which i will not be going again but the ladies in the salon are lovely, they just don’t know what they’re doing.
I did keratin treatment at Salon 11 and it was perfect. The staff who attended me had so much patience as it took long hours of hard work from her part. I really liked the final look of my hair.
Georgia and parry worked together on me and stayed late after the salon closed to finish doing my hair and I love the colour and highlights, I have alopecia and they took care of me very well and ensured they were extra gentle to ensure there was no tension on my scalp! Thank you ladies for the hair! I love it ????????????
Hi I was recommended by a friend who comes here regularly and I only had a dry cut, I didn't have to wait long but my cut was excellent which was a stylist by the name of Sam and I will definitely be coming back for the full works, thanks ???? X
