Sooo here are my thoughts...I get my nails done at this place because it's close by where I live.. I also like one nail tech who works there. The women are nice but the man can be very unprofessional a lot of times. I have personally seen them disrespect customers by talking to them rudely multiple times. If the girl I usually go to is not there I will not get my nails done. Although I love the girl who does my nails, I may have to find another shop soon because because their prices are are very high compared to other shops I feel. I'm only willing to pay the prices that I have been paying because I really like the nail techs work that she does and again they are close by where I live.... I paid $100 for the set that I got today which I know for a fact I could have paid cheaper somewhere else. I'm sad about finding somewhere else to go but I am also tired of spending a $100 just on nails every time I come to this shop. As far as cleanliness, they keep it pretty clean for the most part. I hope this helps somebody.

Pedicure w Shellac . Charged $30 for Pedicure Extra $20 for Shellac

Full Set ( I asked for Acrylic ) w clear coat . Charged $55.00

$1.00 fee for using a credit card

In all, I was charged 106.00 for pedi / full set + tip

At any rate, I am upset by what this company calls service. The pedicure was less than average, but I can live with that. As she proceeded to do my nails just before closing time, the nail techs that sit in the front of this establishment, were disrespectful, loud and unprofessional.

I will say I started going to this company upon their opening. It was clean , quiet and a place I chose to relax from my everyday. I am also a Centerline resident so it was convenient. Upon enjoying this place , my daughter and two sisters / friend came to them as well. Sad to see the decline.

As I told there manager, while he repaired a nail after I returned. He too, was way off. Accused me of going elsewhere. I showed my receipt he said he would review the tapes.

Took way to much time on this matter . Overcharged, Disrespected and Sad .They made good money off of me that evening, in return lost four customers.

Pay Attention, this is a treat and a service to all of us. Let’s make sure we are all respected as we do reciprocate for it. Looking forward to finding a new relaxing place that was once here.

Terrible service!!!!! I've been getting Crome nails polish for years and its never chipped 2 days after application (2nd time) . I only came here because they have a bigger variety of colors. I went back to get my nails re-polished and was told no! After spending 60 plus tip 65 dollars getting my nails done 2 days prior. I was told Crome polish comes off easy. It never came of easy anywhere else.. If you can't apply it properly STOP offering it to your customers... I'll never go back here again. Service is horrible and my nails look terrible. I started to cut up when she told me "no" especially when I always would tipped Tom 15, 20 dollars every time he did my nails (he's not there right now so I had to settle for less) I didn't feel like wasting the energy, Beside my birthday was yesterday and it was amazing! Hopefully they learn how to properly apply crome polish or stop offering it so the next customer don't waste time or money.

I have been getting my nails done here since they opened... I will probably continue going here forever the prices are great. And the techs are even better.

Number 8 station used to be great. I guess he left. Either way it goes they are trash now! Your nails will lift within 2 days. They do a rush job. Try to up sell you gel even when you say acrylic. Make up their own prices as they go. How do you charge me $40 for a full set and try to charge me the same for a fill-in for the same exact thing?! Cut my toe real bad when I got a pedicure and just smiled. Don’t waste your time or money. They charge outrageous amounts for any type of nail are and it’s garbage designs at that. I would give zero stars if I could.

They do not play. Up to date nails and fast. All the latest trends. Make sure you call for an appointment because they are busy. TAI and DANNY are the best nail techs ever. Ask for them.
