As a nurse my schedule can be a bit of a challenge. From the time I scheduled until I walked out the door I have been so impressed. Jill spent a good amount of time with me trying to find an appt that worked. Dori was amazing!!!! Personable and kind, she made sure to understand exactly what I wanted, then went above my expectation. My hair is curly, salt and pepper, completely ridiculously crazy. I now have a cut I look forward to wearing down instead of clipped up all the time. My daughter liked my hair so much, she may be going to check them out as well. The salon is beautiful and the staff delightful. All in all a relaxing and lovely hair experience.
I have been a travel nurse for over 20 years, so I'm rarely able to visit the same salon more than twice. On a few occasions, my salon experiences have been disastrous, so I google "best salon near me". I'm currently on assignment in Mt Vernon and Rumours was the #1 site to pop up. So I booked a highlight and haircut with Jenae. From the very moment I arrived at Rumours, Jenae LISTENED to me as I showed her photos of my recent hairstyles and described my preferences. And then she worked her magic and applied her craft! I love love LOVE my hair! Thank you, Jenae, for being fabulous at what you do!
The stylist that helped me, saved my hair! She is a magician. I went in with practically Ronald McDonald orange hair due to a drastic mistake and she fixed it good as new. She was fantastic, even stayed late past hours. And...I was a walk in!!
I don't ever consider going to a different salon...ever! I went in there a few years ago with some pretty fried hair looking for a BIG change in my hairstyle. So the receptionist scheduled me with, Nicole, who spealizes in the type of haircut I wanted. She had a lot of work ahead of her to get my hair healthy and blonde again. We finally succeded in getting to the level of blonde I desire and she's done two AMAZING fashion color themes for me last summer and this summer. I wouldn't recommend any other salon. All the ladies are great! And I love the fact that it has more of a spa/salon look and feel.

Ashley took my hair from being damaged looking, reddish, awkward hair to being healthy, gorgeous brown with highlights! I’m in love, she did such an Incredible job, and for being somebody who has gone to soooo many different hairstylists, she so far has been my absolute favorite! I would definitely recommend the salon, they are so kind, very fair with prices, and overall a wonderful experience!
LOVE this salon!!! Ask for James (Ashley James on her Instagram), she is amazing!!! Had a cut and color done! She is meticulous and knowledgeable, and I am extremely cautious with who I allow to touch my hair, but I would go back to her anytime!!! I didn't have any braiding done, but she is very experienced in hair braiding as well!! Kim is the owner and she is a gorgeous, fierce and I would go to her in a heartbeat also!!! You ladies are amazing!!! Thank you for the transformation!!! I am beyond grateful!!???? ????
