Coffee good and staff were pleasant and a nice atmosphere.

Unfortunately let down by the toilet facilities. Dirty sink and broken flush.

Bit of a chameleon this place. (Heswall) When the staff includes the mother of the manager service is miserable. On a freezing day the doors were wide open As i did not want to catch cold i closed them. This woman told me in no uncertain and very rude terms they must be open. Used covid as a poor excuse which was nonsense. She and her son, the manager? are not customer friendly at all.

The other staff members are just great and can't be faulted.

The drinks are fine but the non cake food is lacking and overpriced for the quality. The cake selection is good but well overpriced.

With decent management from the top this place could increase profits greatly and give a much better customer experience.

Having newspapers was a great customer draw but they no longer do it. Cost cutting in the wrong area.

The location of this cafe is perfect. The owners need to get a grip.

Really excellent coffee. Flat white medium (4 shots) was excellent. The babycino was made with care and attention (i.e. not too hot or cold with some chocolate) which my daughter really loved in the park. Great start to a Sunday

Always able to find a table for our occasional morning coffees here, as the layout is spacious - (unlike the West Kirby branch, which is cramped and noisy, and which we've often had to walk out of due to lack of a free table). Great coffee, and staff always offer to heat up our Danish pastries. Dog-friendly, too, which is a bonus.

Always a good place for coffee first thing on a Saturday morning.

Staff are first class and the coffee is made to perfection.

Wanted to make a complaint about rude member of staff who had been horrible. Dismissive and rude not able to say please or thank you on two separateoccasions. The senior member of staff told me not to come back again because I had described his mother. He instructed other junior members of staff to no longer serve me

Great coffee and nice cake. Areas to sit out front and back too. Plenty of space.
