I have been going to this salon for years now and Maasi does a great job. She is awesome at what she does and most importantly she listens to you what you want and tries her best to deliver that service. She does a great job with my eyebrows and it never hurts.

if i could give this place a negative -5 I WOULD. for starters i told the lady for a clean up. she took almost all my eyebrows off. not to mention both brows were uneven. there were so much hair on my face she didn’t even offer me a tissue to wipe it off. next when i asked to do my mustache, she dropped wax on my shirt and did not even tell me. it wasn’t until i went in my car and was adjusting my seat belt that i realized that was wax on me. i am so disgusted with the unprofessionalism in this place. they’re always expecting a nice tip and don’t do their services as they should. i would not recommend this place to my worse enemy. i am embarrassed to walk out with my eyebrows looking so paper thin. never again.

Eyebrows and bikini. She did a good job but I felt rushed for no reason. I would have given 5 stars. I was the only one there so I hope the lady just slows down a bit. And consider not opening the door while I’m still getting dressed.

I purchased a Brazilian wax special for this place on Groupon and had an amazing experience the first two times. They were two different people and were very gentle and kind when they waxed which made my first two nerve wracking experiences better. I went back for the third time yesterday and was horrified at how Preet waxed me. It was my first time having her. First, she burned my skin with the wax. I told her at least 5 times that the wax was way too hot. The fifth time I told her, she laughed and said I have sensitive skin. I now have burns in the area with marks and hope that it doesn't leave any scarring. It's difficult to walk due to the placement. Second, I would ask her to hold on a minute because, it is very painful. She would start again without me saying I'm ready. She even didnt allow me to take a break and said it hurts more when you take a break. I called today and they told me I needed to drive back so they could see if its burned to give me my money back. When I went, she admitted it was burnt but that it was "only a little bit." I was bewildered. I demanded my money back and they said that they don't know if they can because it was through Groupon but that she would continue giving me the Groupon rate. I told her there wouldn't be a next time and that I need to be in contact with her boss. Overall, it was a horrifying experience. Do not go here!!!! If it was consistent like the first two times I went, it would be amazing but not with Preet. Stay away.

Very great for threading services. Eyebrow tint services are good however, they are sometimes rushed. Overall I would recommend this place for eyebrow threading.

If I could give a -5 star review I would. This place destroyed my eyebrows! I was letting my eyebrows grow for almost 6 months and when I went to get them done the lady took more than half my eyebrow hair. My brows look so thin it’s embarrassing to even look at myself in the mirror. I honestly wouldn’t recommend this place to my worse enemy. If you like your eyebrows as thin as paper than you should go here if not don’t ever go there, they will destroy your brows.

Don’t go to this salon!!! They will mess up everything!!! They messed up my hair by cutting it sooo short! I told the lady Ayesha (who is the owner) to trim and she said “yea don’t worry I give you a great cut”, and in the end she cuts my hair to my shoulder length! Very bead people! Don’t waste your money, they are a scam!
