If I could give negative stars I would. Ordered through Uber. Waited 55 minutes (15 minutes past the maximum wait). Contacted Romy's. Told they're busy and it would take another 20 minutes. I asked for compensation. The manager refused to offer any. Order cancelled.
Not my first negative experience with Romy's/Rafaelles.
The best fresh fish always ...not greasy and lovely crisp chips as well. Prefer to go and collect as it's not always the chip shops problem for late delivery .

Food is very good, but they are quite stingey on the portion of chips included. Also quite expensive for fish and chips. We got a small tub of curry sauce and it cost £2.30!!
